A Historic Event in Boston
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.'s Campaign Kickoff at the Park Plaza Hotel, April 19, 2023
By JOHN LEAKE
The facts of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s career—as an environmental attorney and valiant opponent of the Vaccine Cartel—speak for themselves. If elected President, he claims he will be guided by the objectives of PROTECTING YOUR RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS BY BATTLING CORPORATE GREED AND GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION.
Sounds good to me. Mr. Kennedy’s program is reminiscent of Theodore Roosevelt’s in the 1900 election, when Teddy promised to bust the big trusts, regulate the big railroad barons, clean up the food and drug industries, and conserve America’s wilderness. Like Teddy Roosevelt, RFK, Jr. is a bold and spirited man who isn’t afraid of offending entrenched interests.
In our era of hyper-partisanship and conformity, I admire his individuality, his excellent liberal education, and his profound attachment to the U.S. Constitution. Like his father and uncle John, he is an attractive man who lends an element of elegance and grace to an arena that is now entirely bereft of these qualities.
I know that many of Donald Trump’s devoted fans would prefer that he run against the senescent President Biden, but I believe it would be much better for the Republic to have a contest between worthy opponents. Mr. Kennedy will certainly enrich the national conversation and debate.
I encourage our readers to attend the historic event in Boston next week and to forward this announcement to friends and family whose circumstances will allow them to attend. I expect it will be a fun and exciting occasion. The Park Plaza Hotel is situated next to the Public Garden, where lilacs—symbols of renewal and confidence—should be blooming.
Dear Readers, I (John Leake) would like to emphasize the salient fact that we have a TWO PARTY system in this country, as we should. One-Party States invariably lapse into dictatorship. It would be far better for the Republic if the Democrats were led back to reason and moderation. I see nothing wrong with encouraging Robert Kennedy, Jr. to embark on this endeavor. Even if he doesn't succeed, there is nothing wrong with him attempting to do so and talking about issues during the primaries that no other Democrat candidate would breathe a single word about.
Nope. Aside from never bringing myself to vote for a Democrat, he is all for the next PLANDEMIC, which is climate “crisis”.
NO THANK YOU.
