Body Blow to Biden's Censorship Office
Louisiana AG scores historic First Amendment victory against power-drunk Executive
By JOHN LEAKE
The Epoch Times just reported:
On Tuesday, a federal judge made a landmark ruling in the Missouri v. Biden case on free speech and partially granted an injunction that blocks various Biden administration officials and government agencies like the DOJ, FBI, CDC, and DHS from communicating with Big Tech to censor posts.
The injunction says the agencies and their staff members are prohibited from meeting or contacting by phone, email, or text message or “engaging in any communication of any kind with social-media companies urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner for removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech.”
This is a historic victory for free speech and a major body blow to the Biden Administration’s patently illiberal and unconstitutional censorship program. While the Biden Administration would like to erect an imbecilic dictatorship over the American mind, this ruling is a shining example of how the rule of law and reason may still prevail.
I highly recommend watching Jan Jekielek’s interview with Louisiana AG Jeff Landry.
Hooray for the Louisiana AG and Federal Judge!
Stellar ruling by Judge Doughty.
