Children's Health Defense Relaunches California Chapter

Dr. Peter McCullough & John Leake appointed to advisory council.

RFK Jr. just announced the relaunch of the Children’s Health Defense California Chapter. With its 38 million inhabitants, California is the most populous state in the union—a state that has long been a major driver of technological innovation, as well as social and political experimentation. Thus, the CHD California chapter will play a key role in pursuing the national organization’s mission.

Children’s Health Defense is best known for questioning vaccine orthodoxy, investigating cases of vaccine injury (especially in children) and opposing vaccine mandates. The pharmaceutical industry never ceases its loud insistence that all of the vaccines in the vast childhood schedule are safe and effective. At the same time—pursuant to the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986—vaccine manufacturers bear no liability for injuries caused by their products.

For years, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has pointed out that powerful industries such as the pharmaceutical should be carefully scrutinized and their products should be carefully tested and examined to make sure they are safe for children. He has been especially concerned about cases of children developing profoundly autistic symptoms shortly after receiving the MMR vaccine.

Prior to the COVID-19 Pandemic, RFK Jr.’s expressions of concern about vaccine safety were widely labelled as dangerous misinformation, and he was vilified and ostracized for his work. Dr. McCullough and I thought of him primarily as an environmental attorney, and gave little thought to his vaccine safety advocacy.

That changed when the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex rolled out the COVID-19 injections at Warp Speed, and many federal and state agencies—as well as private corporations and associations—mandated that citizens receive them in order to participate fully in public and economic life. At that point, Peter and I began to wonder if Mr. Kennedy had been right all along about vaccines being a singular mechanism for exerting authoritarian control of the citizenry.

Kennedy’s view of the matter began with an excellent question: why should we place blind faith in the assurances of companies that have long civil and criminal rap sheets, are making a fortune from government mandated products, and bear no liability for injuries caused by their products?

As we now know from the abysmal performance of COVID-19 “vaccines,” we should NOT place blind faith in the assurances of this corporatist power complex. The dubious and fraudulent pandemic response inspired us to read RFK Jr.’s book, The Real Anthony Fauci, and we were deeply impressed by his meticulous scholarship.

His book prompted us to direct our attention to his criticism of vaccines for other infectious diseases— that is, vaccines that had long been part of the childhood schedule We wondered: could it be that at least some of the same fraud and corruption we’d detected in representations of the COVID-19 vaccines had also been at play in the development and marketing of earlier vaccines?

This question became considerably more pressing when the CDC recommended placing COVID-19 vaccines on the childhood schedule. This patently corrupt and reckless action was, we believed, grounds for carefully evaluating the entire vaccine enterprise.

And so we were honored and happy to accept the invitation to join the new CHD California chapter’s Advisory Council. Dr. McCullough will serve as the senior medical doctor on council, assisting in the scientific evaluation of any and all medical products and procedures that could pose an undue risk to our citizenry, and especially to our children. Using my experience as an investigative author, I will assist Dr. McCullough in our ongoing examination how state actors and their corporate cronies use public health policy—and our fear of infectious disease—as a mechanism for subverting our constitutionally protected rights and liberties.

We will work closely with fellow council members—Biology Professor Brian Hooker, Attorney Michael Baum, and Pastor Rob McCoy—to develop the most prudent, truth-based policies for the protection of our people from unscrupulous state and corporate interests.
