Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare Records Temporal Occurrence of COVID-19 Vaccine Deaths
Physicians Suspected Vaccine was Implicated in first 10 Days Consistent with Hulscher et al and US CDC VAERS

As an epidemiologist, I am always looking for validity among reported data. One criteria is external validity, that is, the same relationship seen within separate data systems. Epidemiologists look for patterns in various curves, including frequency counts by time after an exposure, such as a novel genetic injection of mRNA.
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare is a reporting site for Japanese physicians who have witnessed deaths in their patients and believe the COVID-19 vaccine was the cause. It does not capture all the deaths but in the report by Suzumura, the information is accurate and important.
“Data on deaths were sourced from lists published by the MHLW in Japan, detailing cases reported as deaths after COVID-19 vaccinations [5]. The data provided cases in which physicians suspected that the vaccination was associated with death. Specifically, cases involving only the BNT162b2 mRNA vaccination reported between February 17, 2021, and March 12, 2023, were included. Exclusions were made for patients with unknown age, sex, or number of days from vaccination to death. When multiple causes of death were cited, the primary cause was determined based on physicians' comments.”
