The presidential candidate takes on U.S. Government-Tech Goliath

Readers who are interested in the activities and presidential candidacy of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. are cordially invited to check out my essay on Kennedy v. Google & YouTube, which was just published on the Kennedy Beacon Substack. Like Missouri v. Biden, Kennedy v. Google & YouTube is a vitally important First Amendment case. In filing it, the presidential candidate enters the arena with what is probably the most powerful corporation on earth, in league with the baleful Biden Administration, which regards the First Amendment with contempt. The matters of fact and law presented in Kennedy’s complaint are clear, but the contest still reminds me of the story of David and Goliath.
