I have great respect for Dr. McCullough and all he has done over the last 4 years to fight for us, but this post reads like fear porn to sell a kit of medicines. Is it really true that the new variety will "breakthrough natural and vaccine immunity with ease?' And if so, will the symptoms for the naturally immune be any worse than a common cold?
The variants are from the original virus. The boosters are made to address the new variants, but are counterproductive because by the time they get to any pharmacy, that variant is on the downslope and a new one is picking up speed.
I am an American currently in the EU. Sadly, it appears to be impossible to get any of the Wellness supplies here, as customs would not allow their entry (nor do I know if there is even shipping from the US). Currently, in my country, there is a ‘flu’ that is going around, which is far worse and more virulent than normal. And whether you are vaxxed or not, you are susceptible. It took me approximately 3 weeks to get over it, even with the continuation of my supplements (C,Zinc,D,K2,NAC).. As Omicron is meant to be less intensive (?) I wonder if our vax program against covid has affected flu mutations for the coming year…????
Are you using a povidone iodine nasal spray? You can kill the virus where it enters the nose. You can make it yourself so you don’t need to worry about shipment. From FLCCC website:

1 3/4 tsp. Povidone Iodine
1 cup distilled water
Combine and store solution in a brown bottle(like peroxide)
Pour into a nose spray bottle and spray 2 times in both nostrils and spit out. Store remaining amount in a brown bottle (empty peroxide bottle) Gargle with Listerine and spit out
**Used twice a day for prevention especially when in large crowds and traveling and up to every 4 hours in acute treatment.
I have always had sinus issues, so use a Sinugator daily (for years) as well as Xlear. Fortunately, I do adhere to most of what you recommend, but will make a note of the other things. I did not increase my Vitamin D as much as your list (8,000 is daily normally) and used Liposomal C (2000 mg) while ill (normally take 1,000mg daily). I do not normally take Quercitin or Pepsid, but will check them out. Thank you.

Another case I know also didn't treat, was overweight, ended up going to the ER, and I have no idea if he is still alive. You just want to look at your own history; how often did you have something comparable? Personally, I has a thing that really knocked me out for two weeks in 2003, then another one that knocked me out but only lasted 2-3 days in 2018. COVID 2020/2021 was a smooth ride. Was on PrEP and treated, was as good as new within a week, mostly recovered in 3 days since statting treatmemt. So, maybe 2003, 2018 were flus, maybe 2003 was SARS or something like it. But point is, I don't get severe flus. Just sniffles. So, if something hit me for 3 weeks, it would have to be something special. If you get flus all the time, maybe it was another one of those. If you almost never get any flus that you notice, then a 3 week must be something unusual.

As far as just “what” it is you have, you would have to be tested. Do you work with the public in any venue? If so, it might be you are just constantly being exposed to viruses. Using the Betadine spray you can make yourself will prevent the respiratory droplets you are exposed to in your nose go further down the respiratory tract. Don’t know what supplements you are using, but be sure to include NAC 600 mg twice a day and D3. I know a pulmonologist who used NAC at the height of Covid while going into 2 ICU’s daily managing ventilator patients who had Covid and never even got the flu.

Dilute by adding 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of the 10% Povidone Iodine into a full glass of water (250-300 ml). This will make the product diluted enough to use as a mouth rinse, or gargle, (approximately 1.0 %).
Directions: spray towards the back of your throat, gargle and spit out. Spray in each side of your nose. Use daily before exposure to situations with large groups of people or exposure to ill people.

Could we have more information on what symptoms JN.1 causes and the actual morbidity? We can make the nasal spray with povidone iodine and NS. If we are using NAC and D3, have a healthy diet and outdoor exercise, none of these mutations should be an issue. It’s the Delta variant, long gone, that caused significant morbidity and mortality even though the total mortality was less than 1%
Should lansoprazole (prevacid) or omeprazole help in similar ways as famotidine?
I take daily lansoprazole for many years for acid reflux - four years in I've still never had covid. Could the lansoprazole be a factor in this?
I also use oxymetazoline nasal spray daily to help me breath better at night - might this bind to certain receptors in nose and help block covid binding to some extent?

Either an unusual flu or some omicron. Hard to say. If ot spreads like crazy, I would tend to suspect omicron.
