Testimony and Investigations Start May 2023 Arizona State Senate

After three years of pandemic response blunders, public harm, and widespread corruption, many of you are asking when is there going to be investigation with a call for justice? Will anyone be held accountable? One of the states taking constructive steps is Arizona with the call for a “Novel Coronavirus Intergovernmental Committee” which has the following charge:

To convene and provide a formal venue for public recognition and acknowledgement of challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic and solicit information from experts, and the public regarding federal, statewide, and local public health departments, and healthcare systems (non-profit and private) COVID-19 response. The Committee will: (1) evaluate the treatment protocols and overall public health guidance provided by public health departments; (2) consider evidence of grievances regarding entities and individuals; (3) determine the regulatory and funding structure of COVID-19 health care facility incentives; (4) determine what, if anything, could have been done differently to guard against any harms Arizonans endured during the pandemic; (5) prepare possible actions pursuant to the AZ. Const. Art. IV, part 2, § 8 against entities and individuals where appropriate and confirmed; and (6) pursue any other information and testimony the committee deems appropriate with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Committee shall submit a report of its findings to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House on or before December 31, 2024.

The public can attend in person and online. I look forward to participating in-person and plan to have the committee realize that Pfizer had 1223 deaths recorded within 90 days of the Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, BNT162b2. Moderna, Janssen, and Novavax have still not released their obligatory 90 day post-launch safety data nor have any of them answered questions on why and how did so many patients die so quickly after taking their vaccines? Who made the decision(s) to keep the products on the market when they were killing so many Americans?
