it seems you both are grinding on a small point. perhaps simply rhetoric, about true meanings of a few words in the bible. Both are more learned than myself. I bow to your knowledge, both.
You did not come right out and say it but it appears
-- you are saying some "humans" ARE no longer; their actual soul has turned black with Satan; it is not correct to name them as human?
Perhaps, but I think not. Even those could repent and be redeemed, albeit not without facing consequences of their past behaviors. Not even Jesus declared such beyond reclamation. Think Legion here, the demon possessed man whom Jesus healed: he had apparently done some pretty wicked things, yet he could be redeemed. Demon possession is somewhat different than being "sold out" to Satan: the former is more likely to have come about because of some ignorant exploration in wrong "neighborhoods", while the latter is a deliberate act of rejecting God in favor of Satan. Those latter, I'm truly not sure what they should be called, beyond " evil".
My background is in nursing, so understanding human psychology is part of that; God used that to open my understanding a bit more, over the yrs, on the spiritual level. It's from that perspective I view these issues.
It was Yhwh God Who described the human heart as wicked above all things; He was not speaking of those demon possessed at the time.
I disagree that this is mere wicked conduct.
Believe as the Holy Spirit leads you.
I’ll do likewise. Good night to you.

So be it.
