Thank you for highlighting our work and bringing awareness to the insanity the persists at some US colleges who refuse to give up on COVID vaccine mandates at a very high cost to young healthy adults.
As an alumni of Santa Clara University (attended '71 and '72) I am saddened to hear of such unmitigated and uninformed madness. It is ( or was) a good University with a good staff ( for the most part). It is as if this Osofsky is stuck in a time warp, only operating on the public information known when the vaccines were first offered back in late 2020 and has learned nothing of additional clinical information discovered since that time. If I were a student there, and was serious about staying, I would take this man to court and have this matter adjudicated. They are not on legal grounds to demand the Cov!d inoculation of their students.
As a side note I would like to take this opportunity to tell Dr McCullough, that he had a lot to do with my wife and myself skipping the Cov!d vaccinations when they first came out.
We both had some pre-med classes at UC Berkeley and Stanford , and dragged our feet, having misgivings about taking a vaccine that we knew could not have completed a long term safety study in a mere 9 months of development. Nevertheless, we were slowly baby stepping our way to getting a shot, because of all the assurances from the government, the pharma companies, and the growing public pressure to do so. We were going to get a Janssen shot, because we just didn't trust the mRNA options, and then, two days prior to our appointment, the government put a temporary hold on the Janssen vaccine. Then during that period, further evaluation determined side effects which was attributed to approximately 7 out of a million recipients, a warning was issued, and the hold on the Janssen drug was released.
Subsequently, around that same time one of the Scandinavian countries put a hold on the Janssen vaccine. That gave us further pause, but public pressure was really starting to build and we had not made up our mind about it with absolute certainty. Then we saw an article about Dr McCullough's warning about his misgivings about the potential problems with the vaccine, and that there were other early treatment options available that he was using to successfully curing patients from the affliction.
Dr McCullough had so many credentials to his name, with so many medical papers published, it gave us the certainty that we needed to put aside the government and public pressure and make an informed choice to forgo the experimental inoculations. We then went on to witness the greatest number of serious illnesses and deaths among our extended list of family, friends and acquaintances over a three year period, from non Covid related causes then we had ever witnessed in our entire lives previous to that time:
A capable (proper weight) middle aged attorney that we were working with suddenly died of a heart attack, when previously he had been in solid health; our close friend's son-in-law, happy in his work and family life in his early 40's, had a stroke; a dear friend in our church, had been recovering from an illness and was on the mend, suddenly had a heart attack while taking a bath, and drowned; a long time acquaintance and prominent writer in the Integral philosophy genre, 5 days after getting his booster shot felt all the life drain out of his body while doing he weekend bicycling. His diary post of his thoughts and feelings was shared with some of his friends, in that he felt his horrible experience was directly related to the booster shot that he received earlier in the week. He passed away a few months later; one of my wife's best friends' brother was always nagging her about getting a Cov!d inoculation, until the brother's own closest friend got a shot, and passed away a few months later suddenly and unexpectedly; one of my clients in the picture of health for a 22 year old college student got the shot, and within hours of receiving it had her Thyroid Stimulating Hormone production drop to almost zero where it has stayed there for over a year, despite her father who happens to be a Naturopathic Physician throwing everything he has at it; a close friend of ours, vegetarian, non stressful happy life, happily married, very health 67 year old, suddenly had a stroke, which he is slowly recovering from; my wife's cousin, a carpenter and family man, has been the picture of health until recently over the last few months had weirdly, out of the blue, been experiencing occasional bouts of shortness of breathe, and then fainted while doing some roofing work, with a heart attack and passed away; a friend who was a life long vegetarian, suddenly developed serious neurological problems diagnosed as Guillain-Barre syndrome, after getting her second Cov!d inoculation. And these are just the stories that I recall off the top of my head, -- their are others. Knowing some of the details of these incidents, I sincerely doubt that most or any of these incidents made its way to the Vears reporting system. Obviously, there is no way to prove causation of any of these incidents with the inoculation, but the shear number of these incidents, along with closeness in time to the inoculation in many instances, as well as the similarity of the harms suffered with those associated with mRNA inoculation side effects, certainly gave us great pause.
In conclusion, my wife and I will always be grateful for Dr McCullough's timely speaking out about his Cov!d vaccination concerns at a time when it was difficult to do so, and his sharing of his own clinically charted and successful ways to treat the illness in its early stages. It helped to give us the fortitude to chart our own informed course of action.

I was fired from San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton California as a full tenured member of the faculty for not agreeing to test twice per week while working remotely 85 miles from campus. Thank you for highlighting our work and bringing awareness to the insanity the persists at some US colleges who refuse to give up on COVID vaccine mandates at a very high cost to young healthy adults.
As an alumni of Santa Clara University (attended '71 and '72) I am saddened to hear of such unmitigated and uninformed madness. It is ( or was) a good University with a good staff ( for the most part). It is as if this Osofsky is stuck in a time warp, only operating on the public information known when the vaccines were first offered back in late 2020 and has learned nothing of additional clinical information discovered since that time. If I were a student there, and was serious about staying, I would take this man to court and have this matter adjudicated. They are not on legal grounds to demand the Cov!d inoculation of their students.
As a side note I would like to take this opportunity to tell Dr McCullough, that he had a lot to do with my wife and myself skipping the Cov!d vaccinations when they first came out.
We both had some pre-med classes at UC Berkeley and Stanford , and dragged our feet, having misgivings about taking a vaccine that we knew could not have completed a long term safety study in a mere 9 months of development. Nevertheless, we were slowly baby stepping our way to getting a shot, because of all the assurances from the government, the pharma companies, and the growing public pressure to do so. We were going to get a Janssen shot, because we just didn't trust the mRNA options, and then, two days prior to our appointment, the government put a temporary hold on the Janssen vaccine. Then during that period, further evaluation determined side effects which was attributed to approximately 7 out of a million recipients, a warning was issued, and the hold on the Janssen drug was released.
Subsequently, around that same time one of the Scandinavian countries put a hold on the Janssen vaccine. That gave us further pause, but public pressure was really starting to build and we had not made up our mind about it with absolute certainty. Then we saw an article about Dr McCullough's warning about his misgivings about the potential problems with the vaccine, and that there were other early treatment options available that he was using to successfully curing patients from the affliction.
Dr McCullough had so many credentials to his name, with so many medical papers published, it gave us the certainty that we needed to put aside the government and public pressure and make an informed choice to forgo the experimental inoculations. We then went on to witness the greatest number of serious illnesses and deaths among our extended list of family, friends and acquaintances over a three year period, from non Covid related causes then we had ever witnessed in our entire lives previous to that time:
A capable (proper weight) middle aged attorney that we were working with suddenly died of a heart attack, when previously he had been in solid health; our close friend's son-in-law, happy in his work and family life in his early 40's, had a stroke; a dear friend in our church, had been recovering from an illness and was on the mend, suddenly had a heart attack while taking a bath, and drowned; a long time acquaintance and prominent writer in the Integral philosophy genre, 5 days after getting his booster shot felt all the life drain out of his body while doing he weekend bicycling. His diary post of his thoughts and feelings was shared with some of his friends, in that he felt his horrible experience was directly related to the booster shot that he received earlier in the week. He passed away a few months later; one of my wife's best friends' brother was always nagging her about getting a Cov!d inoculation, until the brother's own closest friend got a shot, and passed away a few months later suddenly and unexpectedly; one of my clients in the picture of health for a 22 year old college student got the shot, and within hours of receiving it had her Thyroid Stimulating Hormone production drop to almost zero where it has stayed there for over a year, despite her father who happens to be a Naturopathic Physician throwing everything he has at it; a close friend of ours, vegetarian, non stressful happy life, happily married, very health 67 year old, suddenly had a stroke, which he is slowly recovering from; my wife's cousin, a carpenter and family man, has been the picture of health until recently over the last few months had weirdly, out of the blue, been experiencing occasional bouts of shortness of breathe, and then fainted while doing some roofing work, with a heart attack and passed away; a friend who was a life long vegetarian, suddenly developed serious neurological problems diagnosed as Guillain-Barre syndrome, after getting her second Cov!d inoculation. And these are just the stories that I recall off the top of my head, -- their are others. Knowing some of the details of these incidents, I sincerely doubt that most or any of these incidents made its way to the Vears reporting system. Obviously, there is no way to prove causation of any of these incidents with the inoculation, but the shear number of these incidents, along with closeness in time to the inoculation in many instances, as well as the similarity of the harms suffered with those associated with mRNA inoculation side effects, certainly gave us great pause.
In conclusion, my wife and I will always be grateful for Dr McCullough's timely speaking out about his Cov!d vaccination concerns at a time when it was difficult to do so, and his sharing of his own clinically charted and successful ways to treat the illness in its early stages. It helped to give us the fortitude to chart our own informed course of action.
