In truth, Davis engaged me in a lively, informative, and mutually respectful debate on the government’s Covid countermeasures. I’m happy to supply citations to support every statement I made during that exchange. I'm certain that ABC’s decision to censor came as a shock to Linsey as well. Instead of journalism, the public saw a hatchet job. Instead of information, they got defamation and unsheathed Pharma propaganda. Americans deserve to hear the full interview so they can make up their own minds. How can democracy function without a free and unbiased press? As President, I will free FCC from its corporate captors and force the agency to follow the law by revoking the licenses of networks that put the mercantile ambitions of advertisers ahead of the public interest. #Kennedy24

I find it hard to believe that I am a 74 old registered Republican that is supporting Robert F Kennedy.
Now is an opportunity for people to see what the Far Left does when you’re not the chosen one. If RFK, Jr. can’t be controlled, they will do everything to stop him. RFK has already accused the Dems of rigging the election. It will get worse. Let’s have fair and transparent elections for both parties. This is America. Why can’t we just have fair elections? RFK Jr.'s answering Tweet noted that the network had violated a Federal election interference law by their censorship. Someone should sue the Hell out of them. They'd probably settle out of court because they couldn't withstand Discovery and the public airing of the truth about Covid and the shots that RFK Jr. and others have unearthed.

I know this isn't the point of your article, but you clearly know nothing of the Galileo affair beyond popular caricature. Robert Bellarmine was already twelve years dead by the time of Galileo's 1633 trial (and by which time Copernican theory was a century old). During his life, Bellarmine did not prevent Galileo from entertaining heliocentrism. He simply counseled Galileo not to represent it as unshakeable fact unless he could conclusively prove it (which Galileo could not do - no one today points to Galileo's arguments as sound proof of heliocentrism). Bellarmine recognized the value of the heliocentric model for astronomical calculations, even if he had his doubts about the correctness of heliocentrism, and told Galileo as much.
Galileo's "crime" came eleven years later from arguing not only that heliocentrism was more than hypothesis, but for referring to the Pope (a long time friend of his) as a simpleton in his "Dialogue." The "Dialogue" had already been published with the approval of the Congregation of the Index when the Pope demanded all copies recalled, after seeing how Galileo treated him in it.
But Copernicus' book was still in circulation, only with an insert to clarify it as hypothesis rather than proven fact.
Modern sensibilities may bristle at the whole affair, but it is practically innocent compared to how ABC treated RFK Jr.
