This is fantastic news. It will have no effect on anyone within the federal government healthcare complex or universities blindly following CDC recommendations, but it will give other states impetus to join in the outright repudiation of the mRNA vaxes.
I watched this 2+ hour interview with a German pathologist the other day and my heart absolutely sunk. Every practicioner and nurse iñ the world should be forced to watch it. Traumatic at the least.
Bravo to Dr. Ladapo for calling into question the FDA & CDC disregard of their own policies, which it appears are a dereliction of their DUTY OF CARE FOR THE PUBLIC HEALTH which they are entrusted to protect, as opposed to protecting the financial interests of big pharma.
The old adage rings true here in reverse with these government agencies cosying up to big pharma dollars " do as I do big pharma, not as I say". eg; ignore our Federal Agency rules & regulations, because I am ignoring my own rules & regulations on an ad hoc basis.
Should those involved and responsible, be subjected to criminal conspiracy prosecution ? In my opinion the answer is YES, and the sooner the better to stop this bad trend of no accountability.

Tom Renz has referenced this and other FDA Guidelines for Industry, pointing out that the government knew about the potential of these gene therapies to cause cancer, autoimmune diseases, etc. Industry was supposed to be monitoring for these potential adverse effects. Obviously they have not.
