I think razing (=destroy to the ground) is in order. Restoring means keeping the structure or renovating elements of the former. That would be a waste of time and a big mistake.
I support a presidential candidate that would have innovative positive ideas how to accomplish this new agency. We the people can accomplish this with God's help.

I’m old enough to remember a CDC guidance issued years ago where they discouraged breast feeding altogether. It seems like they advise the opposite of what is healthy.
I am referring to a guidance much more recent. They advised about 10 years ago to not breastfeed to your recently vaccinated baby so that the vaccines would “work better”. Didn’t last long. They took it down post haste. But I’m sure they advised that because breast milk helped the child to actually fight off the ill effects of the childhood vaccines.
I fail to see how such mutilated females could possibly breastfeed. The breast tissues has been removed. Many have had their nipples surgically moved and replaced for a more masculine look. Some of the poor girls, after deciding to detransition, asked when their breasts would grow back. No clue. No hope. Evil beyond evil.

Yes my mother said her breasts were bound when she delivered 5 babies 1950s-1960s. That was standard procedure.
