The selenium should be selenium yeast. Yeast-organized selenium is more bio-available, and is the form of selenium responsible for maintaining prostate health. Selenomethionine does not have that effect. Talk to Prof. Graham George, U. Saskatchewan about this. You're welcome to use my name.

The average Brazil nut contains 96 mcg but the range can actually be quite higher, perhaps a few hundred mcg. One should avoid taking more than one Brazil nut per day to avoid selenosis (selenium toxicity). Therefore, don’t take any Brazil nuts if taking this Heart Supplement.

Problem is, if we take the d3 with k2 - and then add the multi vitamin you sell - we are getting too much d3 and k - over doing it isn't great either.

Looks like a great product. I have been taking these supplements separately but at higher doses for my heart failure.
