I credit attorney Jeff Childers with the brilliant strategy outlined in #MakePharmaLiable, which I believe strikes at the jugular of the pharmaceutical companies by removing all liability shields. The injection pogrom would collapse on impact as they would never survive the tidal wave of lawsuits.
Exactly right on all counts. A few days ago, I went to establish care with a new PCP. There was a sign on the door about masking and they practically put it on for me. When done, I went to the radiology building next door and no masks were required. A few days later, I came for labs, walked in to a large empty room, spent some time talking to the employee who finally casually handed me a mask. When I go to work in a medical facility, 90% of the staff are just refusing to comply with the masking rule because everyone now knows it is ridiculous and the other 10% are just nervous about getting in trouble. Let's end the madness.
FDR should have said "We have nothing to fear but government fear campaigns and emergency measures".
It is time to end ALL emergency measures and legislation supporting them. They are nothing but a way to give governments carte blanche and to destroy civil society.
Not only end this one but end State of Emergency powers period. The government gets its power from the Constitution and I'm still not finding where in there it states the Constitution can be suspended or where the Executive can be granted such powers. Truth is, its not there and there is no legal allowance to do so, they just did so. This feature of our current system needs to be rolled back hard and kept in a closet or we will never see the end of this.
And think about what was done to keep the SoE, they blocked early treatments and let people die, because if early treatments had been acknowledged and used, no state of emergency, no emergency use authorization, no warp speed, no Maga Jabs and no Biden Boosters and no stupid worthless masks.
Please all who have not yet done so, wake up to the fact that our government is totally out of check.

And that is why this is no longer a left vs right issue although many on the right have recognized this as early as March of 2020 while the left and many in academia have dragged their feet in absolute disbelief. It is this dragging of the feet however that has slowed down the unifying of one voice coming together to say ‘enough is enough’. Thanks to Naomi Wolfe and others of her stature, the elite are slowly awakening from their stupor, but will it be in time or will we fall to the same prey as our brothers and sisters have in Canada where Trudeau has absolute dictatorial power. The Ruling Psychopathy NEVER gives up on its "emergencies" once declared.
