I've been reminded of Harry Lime's famous words at the top of the wheel every day for the past three years... "They" don't care.

Question. Why can't pharmaceutical companies be charge under the RICO act? I would think that their actions most certainly qualify them as a "Racketeer influenced corrupt organization".

Because the government is in on it.

The "just-us" system is owned by the corporatist state and only does their bidding... For the "supreme" example, just examine the history and actions of the highest court in the land...

A legal "kill box" exists, run by your very own DOD. See https://bailiwicknews.substack.com/p/legal-walls-of-the-covid-19-kill?s=w

It takes a very long time to crack criminal cartels; the truth will win.

I have a relative who is working for the said criminal entity. When ever we have had a family reunion this relative shows what kind of warped personality they possess and I have always wondered if she wasn't recruted due to her narcissistic personality. No doubt in my mind wondering if this isn't so.

The most important takeaway of this article: regardless of whatever power structure you consider, whether big pharma, governments, power brokers, elite, WEF, WHO, whatever…remember one thing. You are nothing more than a dot to them.

Just an aside....swimming laps today...40 ish lady slow pool walking in lane next to me...obviously in great pain. Said she had neuropathy in both legs. Said it came on immediately like fire as soon as she got one JJ injection. Hospitalized for weeks, multiple nerve blocks, medications...no relief. Lost job due to extreme unending nerve pain, muscle weakness, psychological state. JJ has no liability for next 75 years she said. Her doc called CDC and wrote, outraged about the injection. No response. No option for disability either. Divorced. 20 year old son left school to help care for her. Just thought I would share.

Psychopaths. They are common in certain fields (finance, my old profession, certainly had them aplenty). Obviously Pharma.

Pfizer and its fellow-travelers in the Medical-Industrial Complex are absolutely criminal in all they undertake. That they have merged with our own government - control and direct it - is a disastrous thing for all the Humans on Earth. Why do we submit ourselves to soul-less corporate governance and the psychopathy that guides it? Sad...

BTW... Love all of the old Cold War movies you mention. About once a year, I have a little movie marathon.

I had just joined Pfizer when the Trojan scandal broke. I even met the lead physician charged with what the Americans call “oversight”.

The irony is that in British English, “an oversight” usually means we failed to do or see something that was our responsibility.

In US English, “oversight” means to be in charge of something.

I didn’t know how bad it was then.

Excuse my language but... How the fuck do they still exist? How is a corporation that CONTINUOUSLY and KNOWINGLY produces unsafe drugs, allowed to still exist???? The fact that they can just "settle" in court, is asinine.

Because they make an enormous amount of money and buy everyone off. 75% of network advertising is provided by the drug industry, the majority of the medical journals funding (ads) comes from Pharma, the medical schools get most of their funds from drug trials (Pharma funded), and the FDA/NIH/CDC also get the majority of their money from the drug companies.

And - oh yeah - the drug companies have the largest lobby in Washington - bigger than the military complex or Israel or Oil. So the politicians are all compromised.

Simple.

Why would the government ever want to get rid of Pfizer? They not only pay corporate taxes and fund the FDA, but they provide tens of millions of dollars in fines once or twice a decade, along with offering politicians a ready corporate target to prove moralr rghteousness. Plus they are a steady source of bribes for politicians. Pfizer will never be shut down. They are the gift that keeps on giving.

I can understand why Pfizer history has to be shared but today it’s a matter of getting unarguable evidence to show that the FDA has approved C19 incorrectly & that Pfizer has again committed fraud.

There has to be away to nail down the evidence & make it stick, too many people are dying from either vaccine failure or adverse events.

You’ll soon learn that FDA’s opinions are unimportant & an act.

They pretended to review a pretend dossier.

The sole authority lay with the HHS Secretary. They didn’t bother to tell us that, so we were all looking in the wrong direction.

By the way, HHS has no competence to review experimental human medicines.

See Katherine Watt, Bailiwick News.

Thank you for this post. Eye opening & Gob smacking (English expression akin to WTF.)

Since I began reading the substacks. Pfizer has figured larger & larger.

A long, too long list of historical, recent history & current; of out of court settlements. Never calculated the total amount.

What is beyond alarming & even terrifying. Is. How on earth are they allowed to continue in business in any country on earth.

Surely one out of court settlement should have raised a red flag? Once it got to the second one.

Why on earth wasn't there a full blown scientific & financial, thorough top to bottom forensic investigation into the business practices?

Yes the are guilty of all sorts of evil wrongdoing for sure.

More Guilty are each & every regulatory authority in every single country, where they do business or their products are used. TOTAL ABJECT FAILURE OF ALL OF THEM.
