The fact that this surgery is being performed on children is abhorrent. These images solidify it for me. I can't imagine what images of a female to male bottom surgery would look like.
They used to just use paraphernalia, sex toys, or devices to simulate or provide a vagina. Why is that, all of a sudden, not enough? I can't believe that the way these mutilated boys would have to live would be preferable to the simpler substitutions they used to use. It hasn't been all that long ago. Men found a way to handle the situation just fine 20 years ago.
Oh my. I read Dr Ryan Anderson's book "When Harry became Sally" and there were descriptions like this. Mutilating surgery. Some of the footage from "I' am Jazz " is equally disturbing. Images of jazz's mother having to dilate that which was let in place of the what Jazz was born with. It is horrifying.
