Thanks, John, that was pretty funny. As you know, thinking is hard work, too, and you do a fine job of it. I sure hope your new routine doesn't interfere with my routine of reading John Leake's articles.
That's quite a tale John Leake...I am happy to report that your brothers would feel right at home at my place...where we use Husqvarnas with 20 inch bars to cut trees 75ft. tall, cut and split two full cords before breakfast...and still weigh 180 and eat everything in sight. Your recipe for good health is right on the money John Leake. (I see and surmise that Dr. McCullough has been a very good influence on you...All the best, you guys are great. (We have a diesel Quad you could drive...).
Oh, John this video made me laugh so hard! The ending was priceless. In fact, it reminds me of a scene from the 1948 film "Red River", in which my dad (playing Cherry Valance) and Montgomery Clift (as Matthew Garth) have a little fun comparing their guns and shooting at a can. "Cherry" delivers some of the best lines in my (terribly biased) opinion: "You know there's only two things more beautiful than a good gun - a swiss watch or a woman from anywhere. Have you ever had... a good swiss watch?" :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBe5T01yBUI
Greetings Daphne, how thrilling to count you among my readers. Red River -- such a Western classic. So cool that your dad was John Ireland! I agree with Cherry's sentiment and have enjoyed my Swiss watch since my mother gave it to me for college graduation. Thanks for reading and watching the video. I'm glad you got a kick out of it. Best regards, John Leake
Hello and thank you, John! My daddy John would have undoubtedly been a huge fan of yours as well. I'm happy to know you've enjoyed your Swiss watch...your mother made a very wise decision :) Sending best wishes and many thanks for all that you and Dr. McCullough do!
After years of working out and eating clean in order to naturally increase my T #'s I realized it wasn't possible for me. That is when I engaged a very skilled TX based TRT practitioner in my late 50's (now 64) to boost my T. The result was deeper sleep patterns, increased sex drive, added 8 lbs of lean muscle and went from 18% body fat to 9%. I eat very clean, ruck 2-3x week and lift 3x week. Life is GOOD!
’Tranny fluid!’ Stress gone, replaced with laughter and joy. Thank you.
Lol, the video is hilarious! Great job John telling your story👍

'It's tranny fluid' - ahaha, well played sir!
Needed a laugh to reduce some desk jockey stress ;-)

One of my favorite movies that I’ve seen many many times! You should be biased!
Thank you, Deb!! I’m so happy to hear how much you’ve enjoyed it 🙏🏻
We are about the same age and intense exercise really helps me sleep like a baby.
Keep it up.
Wonderful entry today, John.
Very funny!
Funny!
Daily aerobic and resistive exercise raises testosterone.
Testosterone is a troublesome hormone, anyway...
;-}
The "Motion" has always been the "Lotion"!
If the creator decided as a great idea for humanity to sit on our asses all day, delete the legs.
The "Potion" most seek, is unfortunately an addicting thirst habit of zero nutrient value.
Greatest commercial ever - “Tranny Fluid”!!!
