When the first legal judgement handing out damages is realized, every entity having these liabilities should he forced to quantity their liability every year. When an entity coerces someone to take a booster they are asserting that they can better assess the risk and reward benefit than that individual and so it seems reasonable for them to accept the full legal consequences of any risks encountered because of the coercion for anyone who expressed opposition. Requesting an exemption is showing opposition. Protest, complaint, and questions can also serve as expressions of opposition and therefore evidence of coercion. Individuals who support coercive mandates on social media or who claim that the everyone should take the vaccine have no legal recourse for injuries suffered because they were not coerced; they would have taken the boosters even without the coercion.

She has been wearing an N95 for at least two years. She mentioned that she had been sick with Covid. Her first time getting it apparently. I did not ask the severity or if she had been prescribed anything for it. She’s in her mod-60s so they may have prescribed that pill that gives you a rebound case in some instances. Based on her mask wearing I’m fairly certain she’s vaccinated and fully boosted. I just have to wonder what she thinks now about all of this mess. Or, will she just continue to go along with the madness?

FYI and anyone else: I called four pharmacies in my area to see if they could fill the last two refills of my Ivermectin, and three didn’t have it, and with the other, it would have cost around 20 - 3 mg Ivermectin for $84, and in order to take the 12-pill dose @ 18 mg - well, do the math. I received the initial prescription from Dr. Stella Emanual’s site, and it was $161 per 12 - 18mg tablets, including $11 shipping. When I called the designated pharmacy in Jacksonville, FL, a recorded message stated they were shut down because of illegal activity, pill mills?? or something like that. Instead, I ordered the medical kit from twc.health (The Wellness Company), and I was able to get a variety of meds, to include a dose of Ivermectin, antibiotics, etc. I became a basic member and received a discount, and I was told during the medical consult they were thinking of adding HCQ to the kit. I’m thinking if I make an appointment, I can get a prescription for HCQ in the future if I want. I probably have to go through their pharmacy - I don’t know yet - but that’s fine with me. Anyway, I can’t tell u how relieved I am to have these meds just in case I can’t get them in the future for one reason or another. Who knows? I don't think at that point he knew just how much damage Birx was doing in flying out to see state Governors and to convince them to lock down, and presenting death-predicting modeling charts from an Oxford man known in the field for his prior incorrect, exxagerated models about other events. FYI and anyone else: I called four pharmacies in my area to see if they could fill the last two refills of my Ivermectin, and three didn’t have it, and with the other, it would have cost around 20 - 3 mg Ivermectin for $84, and in order to take the 12-pill dose @ 18 mg - well, do the math. I received the initial prescription from Dr. Stella Emanual’s site, and it was $161 per 12 - 18mg tablets, including $11 shipping. When I called the designated pharmacy in Jacksonville, FL, a recorded message stated they were shut down because of illegal activity, pill mills?? or something like that. Instead, I ordered the medical kit from twc.health (The Wellness Company), and I was able to get a variety of meds, to include a dose of Ivermectin, antibiotics, etc. I became a basic member and received a discount, and I was told during the medical consult they were thinking of adding HCQ to the kit. I’m thinking if I make an appointment, I can get a prescription for HCQ in the future if I want. I probably have to go through their pharmacy - I don’t know yet - but that’s fine with me. Anyway, I can’t tell u how relieved I am to have these meds just in case I can’t get them in the future for one reason or another. Who knows? We may be turned away if we don’t have the jab, or we may be unable to get anything. It’s so great to be able to deal with a company we can trust. Thanks, Dr. McCullough!
