Additionally, deBecker charges him because it's a political campaign and there are limits on how large a donation (even an "in kind" donation) anyone person can make. The coverage he's providing greatly exceeds those limits and a "special discount" on services would run into the same issue, just slightly more slowly.
You are incorrect about the situation at the Wilshire Ebell theater. Gavin Debecker's people stopped the man from entering the theater and it was they who then called the police! My son and I were inside at the event and did not know what was going on until afterwards.
