Dr. McCullough, I listened to your America Outloud podcast Q&A with Malcom yesterday when the subject of xylitol reducing tooth decay came up. You also had a recent Substack piece on this. In your answer to the questioner, you recommended Spry gum. I looked up the ingredients of Spry gum and noted that it contains erythritol, a sweetener that was in the news for possibly causing risk of heart attack, stroke and death. Erythritol is found in some fruits and our red blood cells (erythrocytes) even make very small amounts of erythritol. There was a Cleveland Clinic article on this March 7, 2023. A Mayo Clinic article referred to a 2001 study that showed a 3yr increased risk of major cardiac adverse events. Erythritol was also found to increase the stickiness of platelets. The Mayo Clinic recommends that people avoid erythritol until we know more about it. Do you think it would be wise to avoid products that use erythritol as a sweetener, such as Spry gum? I know you have recommended Spry mouthwash as part of your oral hygiene to protect against COVID. I checked the ingredients of their cool mint flavored mouthwash and erythritol was not listed.

How bad is the COVID censorship in India now? I am familiar with the ivermectin study early on in a province of India. Notice the authors of this letter did not recommend against getting any of the COVID jabs. Are they convinced the jabs are beneficial or, at this point, must they avoid recommending anyone getting jabbed?

I meant to write “or, at this point, avoid recommending anyone to NOT getting jabbed.

I was wondering if there is anything in the literature about developing transverse myelitis post jab. My friend’s 38 year old son was diagnosed in the last year and I know he has had at least 2 mRNA shots, probably more. He had none of the usual suspects as to why he developed this such as prior infection, etc. Even his pro vaccine mother is suspicious it is the shots. She would only take the J&J because she was nervous about the new technology.

There is a LOT in the literature about multiple neurological diagnoses, including transverse myelitis, post mRNA jab. The J & J uses a a disabled adenovirus to deliver the instructions, not mRNA. Having said that, I don’t know about safety studies with this company but have read that transverse myelitis has been reported but “rarely”. That actually came from the NIH, so you know it is probably not “rarely”.

I would like more specific info about the J & J Vax. A family member got one dose, which according to at least one doctor in Europe, triggered aggressive cancer. He was gone in a matter of months. I find it very difficult to get much statistical info as to what has happened to people who got that particular vax.

Please avoid using Clonazepam as it is very hard to wean patients off this. Benzodiazepines should not be taken lightly.

Dr. McCullough, More on erythritol would be appreciated. The studies of adverse effects are new to me. The studies regarding improvement in oral health I am aware of, as well as ENT health for children. I am suspecting gaslighting or misdirection here with the studies on adverse effects... ?

I would caution the use of clonazepam, a benzodiazepine due how easy it is for people to become addicted to it what with the short half life.

My vaccinated son has had many mouth lesions both in his mouth and on his lips for two years after having his injections. I was not sure if this was pertaining to a certain timeframe after injection or can it be lingering issue in the years following? Would remedies stated still pertain? Thank you for all you do, I too appreciate TWC and may have him make an online appt to discuss.
