The answer is simple. Our government officials are allowing other foreign agencies to do what US agencies are prohibiting by law from doing, in essentially the same way Fauci funded EcoAlliance. The bill of lading is a legal document issued by a carrier (transportation company) to a shipper that details the type, quantity, and destination of the goods being carried. I’m reading a book by Elaine Dewar titled “ The origin of the deadliest pandemic in 100 years.” In it is this passage: journalist Karen Pauls story on July 14, 2019, about how Xiangguo Qui and Keding Cheng had been removed from NML (gain of function lab in Manitoba) and suspended at the university of Manitoba, over what PHAC’s spokesperson called “administrative matters,”was followed the next day by an article in the Winnipeg Free Press by Dylan Robertson. It appeared that the administrative matters being reviewed by the RCMP might concern the “sharing of research” that had somehow led the Public Health Agency of Canada, the NML’s parent organization, to call the RCMP in May. Robertson also reported that the U of M, one of the top 15 research institutions in Canada, had been warned the previous year by CSIS about intellectual property theft by Chinese scientists working in Canadian institutions. I remember when the story came out she and her husband and students were escorted out of the lab by the RCMP. My understanding was they were shipping samples of the Ebola virus to China. Journalists in hot pursuit of the story couldn’t get anything. These people just disappeared. Probably hiding somewhere in China.
