Ms. Nuzzi took advantage of a senior citizen.

Most states have laws against that...

While he may be in the right age range, I certainly don't think of RFK Jr as a senior citizen. I don't know whether it's his memory and capacity for analytical thought, or his energy and stamina, which is more amazing.

It was a joke.

Yes, I did wonder, but in the absence of vocal tone, it's always hard to be sure. A lesson for us all.

Well, I was kinda, maybe, sorta joking.

Ms. Nuzzi seems to pick on older men. Her fiance that just dumped her was 19+ years older.

And I admire and respect RFK Jr. He exposed Fauci to the world as a murdering psycho for the last 40 years.

I agree with you entirely re RFK Jr, and obviously leapt to his defence without need. He possesses something which is in low supply these days: character.

There’s one minor problemette now for Nuzzi.

Thanks to the fact that the RFK camp appears to be fighting back, Nuzzi’s sexy interview technique is now doomed for her because very few if any men of importance will now have anything to do with her. So she’s now unemployable in any political/journalistic role and also, one suspects, unmarriagable. That latter is a pity because she needs a name change stat

The Bible has plenty to say about predatory women leading men to destruction. Here's a bit:

"With her fair speech she caused him to yield, with the flattering of her lips she forced him. He goeth after her straightway, as an ox goeth to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks: Till a dart strike through his liver; as a bird hasteth to the snare, and knoweth not that it is for his own life." Proverbs7: 21-23

And THAT is the downfall of countless married men through the ages. They are too weak, stupid, or blind to see what's going on. Kudos to RFK, Jr. to seeing her for what she was. I'm sure he has had plenty of experience in that arena. He is not a saint, but he has never claimed to be one.

Expand full comment

Yes! That’s what I was thinking. Proverbs has a lot to say about the predatory woman, the adulterous wife usually, who lures in the foolish, unsuspecting man by his gonads. It basically says that the pathway to her door leads to death and hell.

I read the Kraus post a day or two ago. If she's accurate, this Nuzzi character was obsessively stalking RFKJr from a distance, and trying every trick in the book to throw her "goods" in his face via "pornographic images" sent in texts and emails. He apparently kept blocking her, but when a male human is presented with a female human in a "pornographic" pose, it's simply natural that he will look. We don't know how, exactly, he responded, but I can imagine a majority of men would be flattered and also respond in some manner. I'm left feeling bad for Mrs. RFKJr, and RFKJr to a lesser extent. I'm left feeling nothing but loathing for the "talented" Nuzzi. She should never work again as a "journalist." Perhaps she can find a local gentleman's club in which to ply her "talents." Ick.

Expand full comment

I think all of them support the genocide, not that that makes it less egregious. The Christian nationalists have too much political power. The constitution separated the powers of Church and State for good reason. This country was not founded on 'Judeo-Christian' principles but shaped by the ideals of the enlightenment as well as the political system developed by the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois confederacy). Over centuries they refined an oral constitution called the Great Law of Peace, rooted in their understanding of unity, liberty and equality. It included separation of powers and consideration of impeachment procedures. How far we have strayed from those elevated ideals.

You're mistaking "Christian nationalists" with "'Christian' dispensationalists," where dispensationalism is considered a heresy by traditional Christians (Catholics and Orthodox), some of whom may (or may not) be nationalists, but none of whom consider Eretz Israel a sacred cow.

Intriguing. Edgar Cayce said that the closest human still living during the time he gave readings (1920s-1945) to the Atlanteans (We're talking ~180,000 BCE - 10,000 BCE.) were the Iroquois in America. I wonder in what way they interacted with the "founding fathers." Has proof ever been established that interaction actually occurred?

Expand full comment

Hmmmm. I searched a little on Iroquois. Life is life, and historical perceptions are often fairy tales. The Iroquois Confederacy was comprised of five tribes. They did, indeed, have an unwritten constitution. They had two legislatures comprised of chiefs from two tribes in one and chiefs from two other in the second body. The fifth tribe broke ties and retained veto power over the legislatures. The society was matrilineal, and women determined whether or not war occurred. Now, mind you, these statements reflect simply the Confederacy. There were incredible numbers of tribes all along the eastern seaboard seemingly at constant war with one another to the point that they exterminated smaller, weaker tribes through genocide. https://notesfromtheninthcircle.blogspot.com/2016/04/iroquoian-peoples-of-eastern-north.html

Moreover, in the Confederacy: "The Iroquois were well known for their constant warfare, merciless treatment of prisoners of war, and their training of males to be immune to pain. They regularly practiced 'Mourning War' raids to avenge warriors killed in a previous battle. These were conducted to provide an outlet for grief and mourning. The purpose was to abduct members of rival tribes as compensation. Upon their arrival back to camp, the captives were stripped, bound at the hands and feet, and forced to walk a gauntlet of tribe members who repeatedly struck them with clubs, torches, and knives. Occasionally, the clan’s matriarch demanded that these captives be immediately killed in vengeance. However, this was not normally the case." https://www.legendsofamerica.com/iroquois-confederacy/

Cayce, as I remember, was talking only about physical appearance to indicate anyone who might have still retained looks close to how Atlanteans looked. Atlanteans did emigrate to eastern U.S.; Basque Region in Spain; northern European isles and continent as well as Egypt and Mexico before the islands finally disappeared.

I'm smh. I don't understand. I don't follow these stories and had to search for articles. They had an "emotional affair." They sexted each other...I suppose nude pornographic images?

A 31 year old with a 70 year old? I admire RFK, Jr.'s work with Children's Defense, but he's 70. I remember being in my early 20s and enormously attracted to an individual in his early 30s (which I thought way old)...but 31 with a 70 year old?

Like all sexual issues, this one probably involves the need for power or control. Rape isn't about sex. Rape is about control. Same here. She likes the feeling of controlling men which is the great characteristic of the femme fatale. This story just appears so tawdry in comparison to film noir. Sexting? Not even a good romp in the hay like physical skin on skin? Communicating via pictures on a phone? It's mind control--by inserting her erotic image into his consciousness at any moment during the day. What a crappy age in which we live. So glad I'm old and out of it.

Seen a photo of RFK Jr. shirtless or doing pushups? Then look at photos of Ryan Lizza (always in a dress shirt it seems) and consider the generational decline in testosterone in males. I'm not saying Nuzzi's attraction to Kennedy was genuine, but with a non-predatory woman, it might be.

I've seen RFK, Jr. without a shirt in a video (I think--can't remember well). I congratulate him on maintaining his fitness. I'm 76. I remember being 31 years old. Men in their 60s and 70s simply didn't attract me. I believe everyone should hold their own dreams, opinions, and beliefs. Thus, I concur that many women might find older men extremely attractive...even spanning 40 years. To each his/her own.

As for and somewhat in defense of Kennedy and given his family history of "getting away with this kind of stuff" you can't blame him that much. Granpappy Joe, Uncle John, his dad, Uncle Teddy (and he basically killed someone!) . Uncle John and his daddy were ping-ponging Monroe. Daddy slept with Jackie. Plus D's in general. FDR had two mistresses. Anyone remember Bill and Monica? His natural inclination is Hey! Why not me too!

As for Nuzzi. You have to remember it is never, never, never ever the woman's fault. Ever. Well, maybe if the woman in question was an R. The Scarlet Letter is no longer an A, it's an R.

Also realize you are probable in the process of being cancelled now.
