I have to agree. I grew up in a country that believed in freedom for it’s citizens. There was agreement about what the people wanted and needed but disagreements between the parties on how to accomplish the same goals. The end goal for both major parties was peace and prosperity for the nation.

Well we can all try. I gave the "medical professionals"--these include nurses and doctors -- in my family certain books and articles and asked them to review them. Result was.... I was told the books were "helpful" and "correct"....but that they "needed to keep their jobs" because no one else would pay their bills. Jason, I completely agree. My reasoned and patient attempts to educate were all met with scorn, hate, and ridicule. Unable to penetrate the conditioned fear and hysteria, I put distance between me and those too indoctrinated to listen, and was better for it. They couldn't get the jab fast enough, and now have all kinds of health worries, while I contacted covid once, took Ivermectin and haven't been sick since. My health and vitality aggravates them more than any words I could utter.

I have to agree. I grew up in a country that believed in freedom for it’s citizens. There was agreement about what the people wanted and needed but disagreements between the parties on how to accomplish the same goals. The end goal for both major parties was peace and prosperity for the nation.

For me the pandemic response was also a blessing. I would still believe all vaccines are safe and effective except for the HPV, I knew about that one was bad. Can't quite say I am GRATEFUL for the pandemic response because my heart is broken over what we have done to the world, but I am grateful to have my eyes opened, especially regarding the truth about vaccines. Along with the various Substack posts, I've read multiple books about that now, and I'm sure you guys all know the key titles. I greatly regret that I ever got any vaccines -- and as luck would have it, I didn't get that many -- or that I got my poor cats vaccinated as kittens. I have apologized to them, and fortunately they still seem to like me. :-) I'll never know what kind of damage was incurred by that choice, though maybe that's not the point to focus on. We do the best we can with the knowledge we have at the time, and it's true that without the debacle of recent years, I'd still be ignorant about very important stuff.
What bothers me more is that the US government created and funded the covid bioweapon.
But the end plan was to get the covid DeathVax into everyone.

As a millennial myself, the demoralization in the USG was gradual at first – I still had some semblance of a naive assumption that "they are looking out for us" as recent as 2018, but that decline definitely hit an inflection point (and then off the cliff) thanks to covid. And speaking of the Financial Crisis of 2008, I recently read _End the Fed_ and wish I had done so way sooner!
I somehow feel relieved reading your words doctor. I am not American, but I have admired your Country for many years, and when “luckily” my husband was transferred to work here, I was in heaven. All happened in 2016, so I followed Mr. Trump election and all that followed.
Shocked by the contrast of my dream of what would be like to live in the States, and the reality that little by little I was exposed to, made me feel so disappointed and sad. Well we can all try. I gave the "medical professionals"--these include nurses and doctors -- in my family certain books and articles and asked them to review them. Result was.... I was told the books were "helpful" and "correct"....but that they "needed to keep their jobs" because no one else would pay their bills. I am afraid this may be universal in the medical profession with just a few exceptions like Dr. Mike Yeadon and Dr. Peter McCullough who are at retirement age. I don't know this for a fact though

Imo, the real reason for the lockdowns was to foster the foreclosures of thousands of homes (quickly scooped up by Wall Street real estate holding companies), the eviction from rentals of thousands others (feeding the forecloures), and to create a population so desperate for a livelihood that wages could be reduced as prices were increased. I believe it was intentional, I do not believe it was just an "unforeseen consequence."
