If the COVID shots were always FDA Category X and the CDC and Pfizer and others were recommending the shot for pregnant women, isn’t that along with any pregnancy or fetal adverse effect enough for a lawsuit regardless of any immunity? Also, even a subject number of only one showing mRNA and/or spike protein in the placenta, umbilical cord blood, fetus or newborn should be cause for great concern.
Has any research been done on blood donation? If I receive blood from a donor who was vaccinated with Covid vaccine, what will that mean for my blood and overall health safety?

How could the spike proteins from the vaccinated mother "NOT" reach the fetus within?
There is no built in filter to capture invasive mRNA at the placenta.
The fetus is linked into the same Vascular highway/pathway as the mother operates daily from.
Imagine even a low number of spike mRNA, setting up shop in a pregnant clean fresh source.
If agents like alcohol/nicotine/over the counter meds can go beyond the placenta down the cord.
What would stop mRNA spike proteins from doing exactly That?
