This is great news. I recall that even conservative justices like Amy Barrett favored vaccine mandates, but perhaps their opinion will change once they find out that good scientists’ concerns were routinely censored.
You seem to be assuming completely rational behavior... If these conservative judges were personally involved (and all the vaccinated now are, being potential ticking bombs), they may start acting irrationally just to avoid the cognitive dissonance, even supreme court justices are human after all.
I think not. I think that when they hear how THEY were duped into injecting that crsp into themselves, and when they learn how bad it is, that they will be angry.
That's what I thought at first, 3 years ago. But after multiple attempts to explain to people how THEY were duped, I've learned that that's not how human psychology works.
The Supreme Court should act way more quickly on cases like this. The evidence demonstrating the federal government trampled over the First Amendment is overwhelming. Just as the executive branch clearly violated the First Amendment rights of all Americans, the Supreme Court’s failure to act swiftly in rendering judgment on this and so many other obvious cases is an abuse of power.
While there is a preponderance of evidence against the federal government, the narrow reading on the 1st amendment only targets Congress ("shall make no law...") and leaves Biden's administration out of the picture. So we cannot be sure what will happen with this case.
