Horrifying list of patients' rights breaches!

Expand full comment

Along with Grace, they completely demolished the Patient’s Bill of Rights. I would say that Grace not only did not receive proper care but that she was knowingly murdered.

Expand full comment

No. Murder requires specific intent. This is likely manslaughter.

You don't think there might be an element of bias due to her Down's Syndrome condition? Could easily be characterized as murder.

Expand full comment

Murder is the most serious crime after treason. Nothing should ever be easily characterized as murder. To do so is stretching the law.

They knew the combination of drugs would kill her; I call that intent!

Agreed.

And by the way I have been a nurse for 40 years as well as a Professor of Nursing & a scientist. In all my career, have been threatened because I protected the patient. I take my oath seriously & will do whatever it takes to protect the patients under my care - case closed! (Retired). I wrote a letter to my former Dean & told her in no uncertain terms that the jabs were bioweapons; all she needed to do was look at the court ordered Pfizer data that they released!

They absolutely breached their oath - hospitals are not PRISONS!!!

I pray that these poor parents get some help from this legal process. My heart breaks for this poor child and her poor parents being put through what is no less than torture as these evil people carried out her murder. To keep her parents away is the utmost cruelty. The regime of no food or fluids is plain torture.

What kind of people do these things?

Not only should the parents when significant compensation for the death of their daughter, criminal prosecution for intentional MURDER should apply to all of those who placed the DNR, deprived food and water and much more. Some say they did not have a criminal intent to kill...seriously?

Medical personnel knew that lack of food, water, use of ventilators and use of Remdesivir KILLS people. The family begged them to stop these ‘treatments’ and remove the DNR. Hospitals do it for BLOOD MONEY! Bonuses for protocols and CV19 ‘deaths’. These people must be held accountable. Future such actions must be stopped period.

We need a Medical Bill of rights giving patients and families the absolute right to DECLINE protocols, DNR’s, unwanted treatments and to receive medical protocols they prefer.

Why does the medical profession have so many willing killers? MONEY for big Pharma treatments that do not heal and may kill.

I no longer trust the medical profession, particularly in hospitals where personnel pushed killer protocols and denied patient and family rights, basically all of them. This is not just a Covid problem. Others have written that USA hospitals are now places we go to die with inappropriate care a key cause of our demise.

My husband and I had CV19 and self treated with Ivermectin and recommended vitamins. Him 68, me 72 and overweight. I have vitamin D level of 85 ng/ml. I figure doctors or hospitals would have killed us, as they did our neighbor, age 75. I am infuriated about this entire nightmare.

Thank God for the brave families and real doctors shedding light on these horrific problems. Thanks to Dr McCullough for speaking truth about CV19 treatments from the beginning, and continuing to show us the deadly effects the mRNA jabs.

Bravo to Graces' father. I have been fighting a similar situation in Irish Courts since 2016 in regard to Irish public hospitals playing the role of "God Almighty" to hijack the personal fundamental rights of a 95 yr. old woman, namely my mother, by fraudulently making her a Ward of Court, for the purposes of covering up medical malpractice, and then subjecting her to a regime of dangerous drugs, and then forced covid 19 mrna gene therapy injection which killed her on 31 July 2021.

there have been cases in US where parents did not like medical plans for their kids, and the hospitals had their rights severed. Hope you get some justice.

I’m so sorry about your mother, John!

I am so happy to hear of a case finally being heard! I worked as a covid ICU nurse and tried to fight for these patients! I was all alone refusing to get vaxxed and trying to warm families. Praying some sort of Justice will be had for this family and eventually all families who had loved ones murdered!

I'll be praying for him, if he wins anyone can sue as long as they can find a legit judge and lawyer, they're hard to find these days.

8. Prescribing and administering a vaccine which was not proven to be safe or effective.

The medical profession panicked and disgraced itself. So did the MSM. It would be a relief if lawyers, judges and juries could help to set the record straight.

IIRC, the hospital staff also filled out a DNR for Grace, which she did not have the capacity to understand, and of which her family was not informed until after the hospital did not attempt to resuscitate Grace.

When I allow myself to consider the horror experienced by the many victims of Covid tyranny I shudder in shame and disgust. Alone, suffocating, malnourished, dehydrated. With the ghoulish mask hanging over them as they succumbed to iatrogenic murder. Imagine your last sight is some Karen grinning and sniggering as you die in their care. My father died alone because of Covid. There was some interference in his care but I don’t think he was tortured to death like so many others.

Expand full comment

Though I doubt medical people were grinning and sniggering as people died, there was a detached sense in staff who were probably so exhausted and defeated by the demands they knew were wrong, but that they followed anyway. I know a man who was hospitalized in Cook County in Chicago, where few survived, who was housed in a cold area, next to the morgue door, for at least a couple of weeks. People said things like 'he isn't dead yet?' and other careless statements but one doctor came and spoke scripture over him, talked to him (he could hear but couldn't speak) and repeatedly claimed life for him, when others weren't around. The man miraculously got better. Hoping there was someone like that for your dad.

Praying for this dad and justice for his daughter.

It’s an appalling story.

As we fight against the weaponization of medicine, I’m wondering how we can do so without citing in support organizations like the WHO and the CDC in the rare cases when they’re on our side. Doing so puts us in the position of saying, yeah, they’re right in this case but not in that case. For those who consider health organizational pronouncements to be gospel, our relying on anything other than actual evidence makes us suspect.

We can say something like, in the face of this [cited] evidence, even the WHO had to change its recommendation. But the evidence always has to come first.

Forget the WHO, NIH, CDC & FDA - they collude!

Of course. But that has nothing to do with my comment.

can you name an instance?

Go to the WHO’s adverse events database called Vigiaccess. The last time I looked there were 5,001,000 adverse events for mRNA jabs covering every part of the body!!!
