Yes! This is what she did to him and he needs to turn the tables. He needs to convince the independents. His diehards are already won over and aren’t going away so he must go after the undecided and his angry style will not get them.

Actually, the polls show that his angry style worked fine with independents. It just didn't move any Democrats.

Did either Disraeli or Churchill suffer a recent near miss deep state assisted assasination attempt? No. Pretty hard to relax and be funny when your political opponents tried to kill you and you know they are still trying to kill you.

I agree. I would like to add that neither Disraeli nor Churchill were attacked by EVERY mainstream media source after they entered the political arena. Trump has had his home raided in a military assault fashion, impeached (and acquitted) and to this day is attacked constantly. Bogus charges filed that he has spent millions of $ to defend against.

There was no TV and the constant daily barrage of lies about him.

There is NO comparison between them and what Trump has endured.

I can’t believe he hasn’t exploded after enduring all of this.

And cap it all off with a smug debate candidate and two fake fact checkers. I don’t know how he keeps going. May God’s favor shine on Trump.

Great reply. Thanks.

Exactly. No comparison.

There could be some residual ptsd he has to deal with. Would be totally normal.

Everyone struck by a bullet "contracts" PTSD!

I've thought of that, too. Also, he mentioned how *hard* the bullet hit, even though "only" his ear. I wonder if that amount of force could cause an impact to the head, even though it only hit the ear.

Brilliant advice! I hope he hears about it somehow and takes it. Along that same train of thought, conservative comedians are so important in the culture war we are in.

Nonsense. Both Disrael and Churchill spent hours developing & rehearsing delivery of their spontaneous wit. They also wrote the history, so they were able to frame their gems.

The “Presidential Debates” are farcical, stilted exercises in selling advertising.

America does not have a Parliamentary culture, in which debates can (but rarely) sway votes. Trump won 2020. He’ll win 2024: what matters is who counts the votes.

If you're trying to win the hearts and minds of undecideds, then this Rasmussen poll shows that the main factor stilting the election against Trump was cheating on mail-in ballots,

'A new national telephone and online survey by Rasmussen Reports and The Heartland Institute finds that 21% of Likely U.S. voters who voted by absentee or mail-in ballot in the 2020 election say they filled out a ballot, in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child, while 78% say they didn’t.'

'Thirty percent (30%) of those surveyed said they voted by absentee or mail-in ballot in the 2020 election. Nineteen percent (19%) of those who cast mail-in votes say a friend or family member filled out their ballot, in part or in full, on their behalf. Furthermore, 17% of mail-in voters say that in the 2020 election, they cast a ballot in a state where they were no longer a permanent resident.' (With a likely much higher than 30% percentage of Democrats voting by mail-in).

I hope he gets another opportunity. I would love to see Make America Healthy Again! This joining with Bobby Kennedy was so powerful a couple of weeks ago. Mom’s and Grandmothers care about health. Let’s use that as a big step forward. Bobby could certainly help with this prep before the next debate…..if there is one.

Greetings John! I would not be surprised in the least if Kamala received the questions in advance and received guidance via an earbud. On the contrary, I would fully expect it. Trump ought to know by now that these people don't fight fair. Regards, JSL

Trump clearly knows they do not “fight fair.” He almost lost his life as a result. Yet he continues to go up against them anyway; exposing them in the process and in turn waking people up to it.

I doubt words or debates make much difference at this point. UK and Netherlands approved Ukraine's use of long range missles within Russia. When WW3 breaks out, all else shall be forgotten. Trump could have never prevented what they've been working towards for decades. Or longer. Be ready. And keep your faith strong

For years I’ve thought that his “stupid stuff “ is a kind of Red Herring. I’m not sure, however. It seems the time for bringing out his true genius would have been, now.

Excellent thanks and thanks for the quotes. I too was appalled by the "debate" and lament the decline of political rhetoric. I had the feeling that she was being fed the lines through earphones. Trump seemed a bit rattled. He was frowning too much and too serious, at least at first. He is at his best when relaxed. He improved as the torture continued. In my humble opinion President Trump should put his faith in the electorate, stick to his points and not bother to engage with the warmongers. It will be critical to make 100% sure that there is no vote rigging in the swing states. No electronic voting machines, no mail in ballots and total transparency in the count. I hope and pray his team have been on this aspect. I fear it will come down to a tie break in the swing states and they will cheat and cheat as they did before and always do.

Imagine if today a Jew was UK prime minister? Seems impossible now.

Disraeli was a Brit who happened to be Jewish.

There's a subtle, but very important, difference between that & other arrangements of the words. In a similar fashion, I think of such as Doc Malik as a Brit who happens to have Pakistani ancestry.
