Students "required" to receive COVID bivalent booster, faculty "encouraged"

If you want to understand why Yale administrators and certain medical science professors are a bunch of HHS toadies, look no further than the above chart. A clearer illustration of how the Department of Health and Human Services (and its subsidiary NHS) has extended its stupefying power across American institutions would be harder to find. Substack author bad cattitude’s report on Yale’s obsequious relationship with the HHS is worth reading in full.

Seeing this report this morning struck me as serendipitous, as just yesterday I met Lucia Sinatra, founder of NoCollegeMandates.com—a group of concerned parents, doctors, nurses, professors, students and other college stake holders working towards the common goal of ending COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

Of the many bizarre things Lucia told me about our august universities, the most singularly repugnant was Yale’s policy of mandating the new bivalent booster for its students, but not for its staff. As I left our meeting, I thought to myself that she must be mistaken. However, when I got home, a quick Google search brought me to the following Yale College page titled: Updated COVID-19 vaccine booster requirements (October 27, 2022).

And there it is:

Summary:

• Students will be required to get an updated, bivalent COVID-19 vaccine booster by the start of the spring semester.

• Faculty and staff are strongly encouraged to get their updated COVID-19 vaccine boosters as soon as possible.

Reading this sort of stuff always makes me want to vomit. Students whose parents are paying Yale a bloody fortune so that their kids can be indoctrinated by the college’s ideologically possessed staff must receive novel, gene transfer injections KNOWN to cause myocarditis, especially in young men, but its faculty and staff are only “encouraged” to receive them. One wonders if this is a test to gauge the stupidity of parents and students.

Since former Yale professor Alan Bloom published The Closing of the American Mind in 1987, critics of American universities have observed that their administrators and professors have increasingly come under the sway of postmodernist nihilism, which posits that the only operating principle in human affairs is POWER. Even law and its essential concept of fairness are (they claim) expressions of POWER masquerading as natural justice.

Judging by Yale’s arbitrary vaccine mandate, these people know whereof they speak.
