Dear readers, I never believed the hospitals actually had any legal grounds for denying patients ivermectin against the express wishes of patients, but hospital attorneys claimed in court that they did. Now we have a U.S. lawyer arguing in federal court that there was no prohibition against using ivermectin to treat COVID-19. It seems to me that the hospitals should be confronted with this assertion by the US government.
I wonder why hospitals don’t push back against the government’s assertion. It seems to me like they’re now exposed to a world of hurt, and I hope the families of those they killed bring the full weight of the law to bear on them. Maybe even criminal charges?
The hospitals---well, they got immunity---shortly after my mom (age 90) died at their hands blowing her lungs up with PURE oxygen to 60 liters/day. They had nothing to say to us, as the CEO & other members of the hospital sat around the conference table. In the ER, I pleaded with them to get my mom hydroxychloriquine----she was walking, talking, just a runny nose, no fever, and the only reason we brought her in was a low level of O2--she had dbl pneumonia but was alert and lucid right to the end of her FIVE DAY STAY & death! Not to mention we couldn't see her at all, jerks. You won't get anywhere with the hospitals! But, I recorded them in the ER.
Wasn't the US government encouraging withholding ivermectin based on their huge payments for use of the federal covid-19 protocol (i.e., Remdesivir, ventilators, etc.)?
The government protected hospitals from liability through the PREP Act protocol. The government's public health agencies did not want Ivermectin to be seen as working against Covid, as it would have interfered with their EUA's. Hospitals did what the government's agencies wanted, as they were for one, monetarily incentivized to do so. A 20% bonus on the entire bill, if they administered Remdesivir, for starters. I don't see the U.S. government confronting hospitals for refusing to administer Ivermectin. Each was washing the other's hand.
Let’s just suppose it was just a recommendation. Why would FDA even recommend against Ivermectin, and then proceed with a wide spread campaign of demonization of Ivermectin as a “dangerous” drug? Let’s suppose even that it was ineffective; why would FDA paint an “ineffective”drug as dangerous when it clearly isn’t? What is the motive, what is the intent? Any thinking person can easily see that FDA’s “recommendation” had nothing to do with public health. Any thinking person with a little imagination can make an intelligent guess.
Yes, that is not to say that acetaminophen should be prescription only. If something is safe, non-addictive and not a risk to others you really shouldn't need a doctor's permission to buy it.
There were countries in which Ivermectin was available over the counter. I believe most, if not all, have stopped this practice during this same period of demonization of this medicine.

As a doctor who used Ivermectin frequently pre-Covid (lice and scabies best treatment) and one who is very familiar with its extraordinary safety profile, I found it increasingly difficult to obtain the drug for Covid patients. Some pharmacists questioned my "indication" for using it - something no pharmacist had every questioned me about in 50 years of medicine and others told me "they were not longer stocking it". The pharmacy chains just refused to fill. I did find it at independent small pharmacies and in asking them about their experience was told that they believed it worked well. This was also my experience. In my judgment, the combination of coerced vaccination and denial of life saving medication goes beyond bad policy: this was manslaughter on a very wide scale.
Due to price gauging, it cost me $42/dose by weight to fill my prescription from a compounding pharmacy that mailed it to me. I got a prescription from America’s Frontline Drs as prophylaxis. I live in horse country and not going to lie, I just use the proper dose of horse paste at $2/dose.

My husband was refused Ivermectin at three hospitals after 67 days on a ventilator. I said enough, I was coached on how to put it in his feeding tube. I gave him a five day dose by the 6th day they took him off the ventilator. Afterwards I’m sitting there knowing what I did and unable to say a thing about it because our health system is a mess. When did life become so unimportant. Doctors, nurses, therapists, CEO’s and administrators all told us that they weren’t sure he was ever going to recover or be completely off oxygen. Today over a year later he is back at work and nearly back to his old self. When I brought him home, he couldn’t walk, barely could function, and had massive anxiety. He had no health issues prior. It took months of therapy to get him healthy again. My thoughts sometimes drift to what if I would have been able to give it to him earlier?
I was repeatedly told that isn’t our protocol. I begged and offered to sign what ever to get the medication in him. In all my research, I uncovered it also being researched for cancer it doesn’t let the cancer cells multiply this definitely needs to be worked on.
I’m Thankful that I had the courage to do what needed to be done.

We tried to sue but NO ATTORNEY would take our case in Billlings, MT. And, that was BEFORE all hospitals got immunity.

If Ivermectin was allowed to be a successful treatment, there would never have been an ability for them to make and force the death shots.

Sue every doctor , hospital and pharmacy and thank the FDA for throwing them under the bus.
