What about forensic evidence like gun powder residue on his right hand? Angle of bullet entry?

Of course this is murder! Thank you for your work, John.

Primer residue from pistol discharging in car would have deposited on surfaces all around the weapon, including the victim's right hand, even if the victim didn't fire the shot himself. Thanks for reading. Best regards, John Leake

Expand full comment

I wonder if the pattern of the residue could shed some light. If someone was holding his hand when the trigger was pulled the residue would have had a covered patch with little to no residue in an area on the back of his hand and on his wrist.

When a whistle blower has an unusual death or is a suicide victim, I think it is more likely that the person is a victim of foul play.

Forensics like that is unfortunately pretty much all unreliable pseudoscience masquerading as real science as a consequence of its erroneous acceptance by the corrupt criminal justice system, although it makes as much sense to accept such evidence as it does evidence about someone's zodiac sign. It is easy to be deceived on due to its widespread and largely unquestioned acceptance even by intelligent people, and I was quite surprised myself when I learned that most of it was rubbish.

https://www.propublica.org/article/understanding-junk-science-forensics-criminal-justice

That's just one source on the subject, but there's plenty if you look into it. I would be quite surprised if the pattern of primer residue was any more reliable than the analysis of bloodstain patterns, which has been found in real research to be more or less random without much of anything useful you can gain from them; it's far more likely to lead one to the wrong conclusions than reveal any truth.

It's not much different from divination, like the same otherwise clever Babylonians who gave us our modern base-60 time system, along with countless other innovations, but thought you could somehow gain insight into the unknown and divine from reading the guts of disembowelled animals (haruspicy).

Can the amount per area be quantified?

Are we seriously even asking this question?

Expand full comment

Absolutely. The gentleman said before his death, that if I die, it was not suicide (or words to that effect). The column outlines some of the documented findings that suggest that the ME/Coronor's report conclusion are in error.

There is a corrupt, powerful rich company with all the means to hire an assassin, they have been corrupted by the Obama -Biden regime to install a DIE (er, DEI) hiring and advancement HR process, and since then have been found to be in violation of safety standards and have had many safety related mishaps or near mishaps.

We are under a lawless leftist regime that thinks nothing of raiding opponents homes both big and small in the early hours of the morning, and for the first time in our history coordinating multiple faux court cases against their chief political rival, after having tried unsuccessfully to impeach him twice, has failed to protect our southern border for the last 3 years--letting in millions to 10s of millions of illegal aliens, and Homeland Security has refused to authorize Secret Service protection to RFK Jr during his presidential run.

The circumstantial evidence of the regime's guilt is enough to convict them in many courts.

Don’t forget about the 2nd Boeing whistleblower who died of an infection that was odd.

Expand full comment

If I read accurately, he contracted a "respiratory infection" which caused problems with his breathing. He evidently tried treatment at home and eventually landed in the hospital intubated. Where have we seen this protocol before? I wish he had known never to go to the hospital nor receive intubation. He was murdered as thousands of elderly (particularly) patients were during "Covid treatments."

Expand full comment

When I read the story, the respiratory infection seemed suspicious. I think it was a form of MRSA (methicillin resistant staph aureus).

Expand full comment

Certainly well could be. I think the DARPA projects have produced an aerosol which can transmit a respiratory-type illness. I think that's why certain "hot spots" existed at the beginning of the Covid Caper: Seattle; northern Italy; and NYC. They were limited so I suspect that close contact must be established with the individual(s). The remaining "pandemic" occurred through a clever manipulation of censored media and governments in inline with WHO/Club of Rome goals.

Expand full comment

I wonder if there was an autopsy done? Or was there a quick cremation?

Expand full comment

Good question. I think the infectious organism was identified as MRSA. But could there be other forensics done to figure out how he got the infection and was the organism a gain of function super antibiotic resistant bacteria?

Expand full comment

Same. I read it was MRSA as well, which you usually get while in the hospital. I didn't see it noted anywhere that he was in the hospital.

You're exactly correct, Al. No one need become privy to a clandestine group exercising power via all the traditional methods. Most of the capos in this charade are simply led by money. When they smell money, they have an orgasmic, righteous conversion to whatever is demanded or dictated to them. People, unfortunately, are very easily led and whipped into frenzies. Once the money profits them handsomely, they will resist to their death questioning, investigation, or reflection on their course of action. They adopt willful blindness. Again, people are extremely easily led.

It is indeed evil. But if you look at everything that is happening from a biblical standpoint, evil rules the world. Satan is in charge. It is his domain and his minions do his bidding. The escalation of insanity and evil across the planet is unbelievable right now. Satan knows that his time is drawing to an end so he’s escalating everything to cause as much panic as possible, and to inflict as much harm and suffering as possible. All of these people are complicit. They sold their souls for a couple of dollars. But I do believe they will get what is coming to them.

Who is “the friend “ who said he told her “I am not scared but if anything happens to me, it ain’t suicide.”

And what were the circumstances that led him to make this statement to this person I wonder. Obviously there was a threat or something that led him to be concerned he would be murdered.

Is there a mechanism under the law where in the DA’s office can be instructed to investigate?

Thanks for checking into this John, and all the work you and Dr McCullough do, and yes I am a subscriber and supporter.

The circumstances were that he had found a problem with Boeing's QC processes that led to faulty critical components in their airplanes that led to mishaps and the QC issues were directly related to DEI mandates that were forced upon the company by the corrupt DEI obsessed current administration--look at the press secretary to the POTUS, the crossdressing Energy Department PhD employee, the Secretary of Transportation, .... need I go on?

Yes, thank you, I also read that linked article and thought of my question.

But it seems to me that is still pretty general and if there were an honest DA or Medical Examiner or Special Counsel brought to bear on this case we might get some specifics, and eventually get to the bottom of this matter, at least from a legal perspective.

But as the linked article also points out, the forces at work to suppress the truth are so extraordinary it will literally take an act of God, and I do not mean that in any way but very seriously, to uproot and expose the evil that it appears to be at work here.

The lesson here is for all who threaten TPTB in any significant way.....Leave a written signed dated and witnessed statement that suicide is simply not in your purview. Give a copy to your loved ones and/or friends. Name the entities or persons that would find your demise extremely convenient. Ask that they be thoroughly investigated in the event that you have been found to have "killed yourself"....There should be a form that those who are whistleblowers and in danger of "dying suddenly" can use for evidence should they have an inexplicable "accident" or just blow their own brains out in a car.

I do not trust the Federal Law Enforcement agencies any more and especially in this case. The Safety issues at Boeing are very likely to be the result of DEI mandates the company was pressured to undertake by the DEI Mafia in DNC and the federal bureaucracy. Their investigation is not to be trusted. Almost any ethical straight shooting federal agents have been purged in the 8 years of Barry the Kenyan's reign and the 3 + years of Slo Pedo Joe's residency, aka the Kenyan's 3rd term.

I notice your comment below seems to get the bigger picture, more... But I think DEI is a canard in this case. It was a direct problem of Capitalism - they get paid bonuses to produce planes at a given rate. Safety is an impediment to profits. The whistleblower at issue said that the problem was they were buying cheap and poorly made parts, that were prone to failure..."systems errors". When he pointed this out - he was a problem for the bosses, who were looking at profits, rather than safety.

Expand full comment

I having read the comment by la chevalerie vit and the linked prospect.org article, I have to agree with you, to an extent.

The problem is not capitalism, as the same kind of corruption is also seen in socialist and communist systems.

As John Adams said, our Constitution is made for a moral people, it is wholly inadequate for a population that does not have a moral underpinning, or words to that effect.

We used to have that. We don't any more. Neither in many businesses, nor in government, nor in academia, nor in the press . . .

There have always been scoundrels and always will be, I am not saying the 'good old days were perfect, far from it, but . . .

Expand full comment

The problem again is not capitalism, it is that of regulatory capture, and 'too big to fail' that big companies (or government departments ) are protected from the discipline of the market place or the other branches of government, because everybody is in bed together, except the consumer or voter.

McDonald Douglass takeover of Boeing. Look into who profited from running a "stock holders" come first company. McDonald Douglass bosses changed Boeings culture only the Boeing name remained the same.

Expand full comment

Yes. This is what I heard the Murdered Whistleblower saying - exactly. And as you concentrate production, and capital, into few and fewer hands - that inherently relaxes the pressures of competition. To the point that Boeing/McDonald Douglass is (I think) the only American producer of Commercial/Passenger Jets of that type. So as long as it's profitable - who cares if more jets fall out of the sky? Where you gonna go? Airbus?

Expand full comment

Wordview: "It was a direct problem of Capitalism - they get paid bonuses to produce planes at a given rate. Safety is an impediment to profits. "

Boeing has been operating under capitalism for over 90 years. Until a few years ago their reputation as a company making a safe product was impeccable. So what happened in the last few years, Worldview? DEI, for one thing.

Try again, fool.

Expand full comment

I didn't realize that you self-identifed as a fool, so much as Evil Incarnate... But both seem to fit, as apt descriptors.

Yes they operated under the Capitalist system for a long time - but that system has become ever-more predatory and short-term profit oriented, as it entered its terminal phases - since the Cheney-W Regime financial collapse, and the Obama era Wall Street bailouts. There's certainly been a decrease in competition, with mergers and vertical integration.

And WEF-connected mega funds like VANGUARD, Blackrock and State Street have come in and imposed their ethos upon this Corporation, and many others. And while DEI is part of that Ethos - so is the devaluation of human life in the drive for greater returns on investment (corporate profits), as well as the push towards Global Depopulation.

The Marine Corps' Ospreys have been falling out of the sky, since long before the current efforts, to create a more diverse board structure and workforce - that DEI represents.

The whistleblower who died, made no reference to DEI as the cause of the problems. He did mention a change in Corporate culture, from the Boards and Management on down. The CEO in question is a white guy. Unlike the workers and the passengers, he just bailed out, with a 'golden parachute'.

They say if you're a hammer, see the whole world as a series of nails. I'd say that this assumption - that DEI causes a lack of safety or fidelity to product standards, to be an unproven, and inherently racist assumption. So maybe, if you're a racist - you see the world as a series of race-related problems.

Expand full comment

A lot of deflection there. Let's get refocused on your comment I responded to: "It was a direct problem of Capitalism..."

The litany of issues you listed w/ Vanguard, Black Rock, the Osprey so on and so forth, those are all, without exception, a symptom of, not capitalism, but crony capitalism. You might think crony capitalism is a species or a subset of capitalism, but it's not. It's the undermining and subverting of capitalism. Crony capitalism is done by rent-seekers with the government as their accomplice.

If you want to call me a racist, you just go right on ahead. You're calling me ugly names like a 3rd grader on the playground at recess b/c you don't have the facts to support what you're arguing.

Expand full comment

{implying - that crony capitalism isn't just the eventual end state, of all NeoLiberal "Capitalism" as its actually practiced}

I'm saying that if race is what you're looking for, then that's what you'll see, here. But that also leads to what's called 'confirmation bias'.

I agree, having also read that article.

But it gets back to the comments made about how our constitution is a useless document in an amoral society.

We are, after all, the people who sent these people to office.

Decade after decade “we the people” have turned a blind eye to what is right in the sight of God, and have more and more learned to “worship mammon”, all the while pretending to worship God.

But Gods Word says that is impossible: “you cannot worship mammon”, for you will love one or the other , not both, no matter how we try to deceive ourselves.

And so now, having “sown to the wind, we are reaping the whirlwind”, not only in the biopharm/med/ government complex , but in all other spheres of moral versus immoral endeavor.
