A nurse I know at Penn said they had been successfully handling very sick patients with hcq and steroids until suddenly directed not to. Our local independent pharmacy also suddenly stopped dispensing them. I want to know who was giving these orders. They need to be brought to trial too.
The big chain pharmacies were given stern guidance from corporate to NOT fill and dispense these drugs.
I was mid level management for a large chain, and was personally told by our corporate lawyers that the insurance companies were withholding reimbursement if the pharmacies filled these medication‘s. Physicians in a private practice can use their critical thinking skills to determine the best treatment by doing research and conferring with other physicians.
