The current "Justice System" is nothing of the sort.

What the federal government is doing to the Amos farm is basically saying that any food grown and sold without the express permission of the government is illegal. That, alone, should terrify any sane person.

The situation in NY is a completely different one, yet it highlights another issue. Political figures who propose laws based upon feelings rather than judicial thought are a detriment to society. In the name of "Social Justice", these politicians have made our country less safe with their pandering. From cashless bail to gun control, they disarm and render lawful citizens helpless while enabling criminals to flaunt the law with ZERO immediate accountability.

Side note:

What Ms. Chandler did in New York would have had her immediately locked up for a very long time, or at least seen her given an enormous bail sum just a year or two ago; as New York has some of the most strict firearms laws in the United States.

Here’s something from 2021 about ‘Justice’.

Equal Justice? You really want equal Justice? Those days are long gone! Today, Lady Justice’s blindfold has been lowered and tied around her mouth into a gag, and she is being bent over a table with her dress ruffled up over her head, while cops, prosecutors, and judges take turns raping her, over and over and over again…. They perform this atrocity on her unwilling body every time they desire to pervert justice in their favor, as they promise her it will be “the last time”, yet like the corrupted tyrants they are, they always come back for more.

Actually at this point they are so emboldened in their corruption that they don’t even bother to sooth Lady Justice’s suffering with false promises, now they simply tell her to “get used to it”.

That’s pretty much how the injustice system works these days.

@An Appeal to Heaven You fail to state that the rapists of lady Justice are all Democrats. This omission is so serious that I have to point it out, otherwise your description of the situation can be very misleading.

Thank you.

I'm well aware of the political party of the politicians implementing these changes. I declined to name them in my comment in order to avoid attacking the political views of my fellow readers; in order to allow them to read my comment without my condemnation.

That said, yes the democrats are pushing this madness. Another issue is that, aside from the truly asinine policies, a plurality of so called Republican politicians are going right along with their Democrat colleagues.

I don't believe that we have just a Democrat problem in the United States. I believe that we have a government comprised of people who have lost the idea of public service and are solely out to legislate their own personal agendas. These "representatives" are nothing of the sort. Often times they enact policy that is directly opposed to the will of their constituency.

But it’s not ‘just democrats’. The injustices happens under every administration. It’s just more open and in your face with demokkkrats.

You completely missed the whole point of the impending destruction of the United States of America. Your general statement is “true” of course, but it’s extremely and dangerously misleading. For further clarification: give us one example in which the Trump Administration used the Justice Department to illegally prosecute any Democrats for political reasons.

One example will be sufficient. I am waiting for your answer.

And there’s your misunderstanding of our country’s history. No president, until Obama and now O’Biden, has ever used the DOJ to go after political opponents. The DOJ and courts aren’t the President’s personal attack dogs.

You are deluded, @Tom Slick! Your answer proved my point. Obama and Biden are Democrats. It is just Democrats.

You failed to give me one example in which the Republicans acted the same as the evil Democrats in weaponizing the DOJ, and in defrauding the whole election process. Are you sure you didn’t take drugs when you were replying me?

Your general statement is equivalent to saying that all human beings are sinners. That is true. But it’s ludicrous to state that the MAGA Republicans are as guilty as Democrats and RINOs who are traitors and criminals.

Well, it’s laughable unless you are a clueless Democrat.

The Amos Miller court case is Friday, Feb 29 at Lancaster County Courthouse 50 N Duke, Lancaster PA.

There is a rally at 11:30 to support Food Freedom, and the case against Miller and his wife for selling non-USDA approved foods is scheduled for 1:30.

According to Miller’s attorney, PA Dept of Agriculture has determined that ANY foods not monitored and a inspected by the government are illegal and eligible to confiscation.

Like Stalin, the PA government has effectively declared ALL FOOD the property of the state.

On X at @barnes_law is Millers attorney’s account. The brief is downloadable there.

Local news coverage from The Lancaster Patriot @TheLanPatriot.

This is a very important case! Please educate and share.

All the more reason to disband government altogether. The thousands of years of experimenting with government has led us to these two incidents. We have not learned one thing from the thousands of years of government. All we know is that it does not work and any amount of tinkering will not solve the problem.

Our current government is a mockery of what the Founding Fathers intended. While some form of government is necessary to a functioning society, it should be in the most minute fashion; in order for the People to retain personal sovereignty.

If you strip the government’s power down to what is lawfully outlined in the Constitution, our Nation would be fundamentally changed for the better and a lot of our current problems would cease to exist.

You know, oddly enough, I was just thinking of the Declaration of Independence this morning and how we had to memorize the beginning in elementary school. We as a nation are profoundly, unimaginably lucky to have our founding documents, the amendments and the Bill of Rights. The rest of the globe, save for the billionaires sprucing up their bunkers and Davos and the City of London and other centers of globalist and throwback culture, which want to bomb us back to before the Magna Carta, is counting on us to right the ship, which is heaving heavily to port in these insane gales and waves. (Being an old school liberal, from California no less, I am the last person anyone I know would classify as a "patriot," but still I say these documents may be what saves us all from extinction or technofeudal slavery. Here's a little bit from the Declaration:

"...Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security...."

I've been thinking about your comment for a while and something stuck out to me.

You said, "Being an old school liberal, from California no less, I am the last person anyone I know would classify as a "patriot," but still I say these documents may be what saves us all from extinction or technofeudal slavery." The thing is that, in my mind, you are a patriot. Despite any possible political differences that we may or may not have, you seem to revere the core of our nation.

Our republic was never meant to be a hegemony of thought. It was specifically constructed to allow for free agency and diversity of beliefs with little governmental interference.

What the media and politicians constantly try to do is pit "conservatives" vs "liberals" and insist that there is no middle ground. What our back-and-forth shows is that, if the rhetoric is removed from the equation, there is much more common ground among Americans, in general, than those "in power" would have us to believe.

Have a great day Patriot!

You are asking for anarchy, Douglas. I think the US Constitution works pretty well when adhered to. Unfortunately, there are too many insurrectionists in the form of the Demonrat party and RINOs who want to tear it down. Obamanable said he would fundamentally change the country and Xiden said he would build it back “better.” They have been fulfilling their promise to destroy this country.

I recommend that President Trump, when he wins, abolish the Dept. Of Education for failure to educate; the Department of Energy for failure to produce energy; the Dept. Of Homeland Security for failure to secure the borders; and the Dept. Of transportation for failure to monitor transportation. And in their place, he sets up a department of common sense where stupidity is not allowed to run anything.
