Robert Clancy over the past year or so has promoted the view that the Covid vaccines cannot act where they are most needed i.e. in the mucosal immune system of the upper airways. The relevance of this elementary information was pointed out way back in 2020 by several bold individuals who were game to take on the 'narrative'. Professor Clancy's proposal for a method of exploiting this immune system for a new approach to immunisation is interesting. However the implications of the basic role of the upper airways as the body's first line of defense during the pandemic are important to note. That elementary knowledge pointed the way clearly to the use of viricidal nasal sprays and gargles as a first line of defense against Covid. Sadly, that was too simple and too cheap to merit the support of the scientific establishment, the pharmaceutical companies and governments. The same elementary knowledge provided reasonable grounds for assuming that the Covid mRNA vaccines would not work as a first line of defense, since they cannot act on the mucosal immune system of the upper airways. The public has been duped and defrauded yet again by a mixture of sheer ignorance and powerful vested interests.

Dr. Clancy and his partners have been researching this for several years and their findings need to be published by the leading medical journals. Presumably, bacteria or virus presented to the gut's immune system wd have to be different depending upon the infectious agent. So the over-the-counter capsules wd have to be marketed anew w each pandemic or flu season. Seems unlikely Big Pharma will permit this "oral vaccine".
Question: Is it conceivable a sick individual could fill empty capsules w his own sputum &swallow them for immune enhancement?
Interestingly, there was information that smokers were less likely to get covid. Perhaps because of the increased mucosal system they have from smoking???
