We have been told (we are ex pats from the UK) to shut up about anything to do with shots or we will be instantly deported by Macron. I sometimes find it useful to research the background of a political figure who's politics are rather distasteful and dangerously totalitarian to learn where their beliefs of governing come from. What influences their perspective on the governance of humanity to value totalitarianism? And their family's values and their educational pursuits are the biggest windows into what makes them tick.
While I don't rely on Wikipedia for any information that has been politicized, has a narrative to tell instead of "just the facts" it is a good initial resource to learn about the family and education of public figures.
