That is why it is good to soak your rice for 12 to 24 hours before cooking, it leaches the arsenic out. Rice naturally pulls arsenic out of the soil, and while you will not give yourself madness induced arsenic poisoning from rice, it is still a good idea to keep that toxin load off your body.

In ancient times they kneaded bread, let it rise and kneaded it again at least three times.....that is one reason no one got sick from wheat....today even the best organic breads are made on an assembly line like fast foods so the wheat or grain is a contributory factor in stressing the body which of course creates disease.....but thank you so much for this information....

I'm curious. As a retired physician, just how does the FDA deem Remdesivir as an effective antiviral for the covid19 "virus"? The virus has never been isolated from a single patient, the 2002 patent was for a "replication defective" virus which says it CONNOT be transmitted to a pandemic level. Just make sure those who voted to approve this toxin to be used against a non existent virus are listed in the indictments for the Gitmo Tribunals.

If you raise animals for a living, you won't find these health issues in them. Yes, I know, many go to market within the early stage of their life, but what about the brood ewes that will give ten years of offspring? Or your rams and bulls and milking cows?
You do not see diabetes or cancer or high blood pressure or any modern ailment in them.
You could induce these diseases, with a bad diet.
Eat well. Be active. Be in the sun. Have a positive state of mind.
