You can't use the government or Big Harma, but you can sue your employer for illegally mandating that you participate in a medical experiment without fully informed consent. Even the CDC admitted that any drug under and EUA CANNOT be mandated. (See Feb. 23, 2021 STAT News, article by Aaron Siri)
The best way is to go for Workers Compensation -- if it was determined to be part of your job and it hurt you, that's a workers compensation claim. It's no different than if you're mandated to use a saw in your job and you cut your finger off -- it's part of your job so it's a Workers Compensation claim.

You have to dig to find them but I suspect a very large well funded law firm could take you on. Start with a medical injury lawyer and then get a reference. A recent article noted that Maine's illness care system is so short of HCWs -- who quit rather than get the jab or who are disabled -- that they've sent letters to about 500 of these people "begging" them to come back. Nurses, EMTs and other front-line workers who left rather than risk their lives are saying NO -- they are never sure when the next mandate might come and many have found other jobs or moved out of state.
The city of Phoenix has had a worker shortage ever since they mandated the jab. I have a friend who got the jab -- and so did her husband who also works for the city -- and she's been sick numerous times. The city has lost (likely) several hundred workers. My friend said in her department alone, they've lost at least 6 people. The only good thing is, employees who got the jab get an untold number of sick days -- if you've had the jab, you get paid sick leave every time you get Covid or whatever they're calling the variants now.
Our garbage pickup has been delayed several times because of a lack of "staff shortages" according to a notice we received last year. The city is short of police (about 1,000 need to be hired), and other city jobs are suffering due to the mandates.
I've checked the federal disability listing of applications and approvals, which have gone way up compared to 2019-2020. Check Ed Dowd's information too. SS Disability claims are skyrocketing.

I do not have proof but I believe VAERS is not accurately recording COVID jab injuries, under reporting aside. I have made more reports than I can count and I have only gotten temporary report numbers and then no further confirmation.
