As I understand it, Congress cannot invoke the 25th Amendment. The Vice-President and a majority of the Cabinet members must make the declaration. If the President objects, the VP and Cabinet have 4 days to issue a second declaration. If they do that, then Congress must confirm the declaration with a two-thirds vote in both houses; otherwise the President is returned to his/her full authority.

As to him, he was happy to take it because he wanted the lock down to stop and he wanted to get back to work in an office and be around people (he was in Hawaii and they had a super strict lockdown). By September of 2021, my 36 year old son was dead of a heart attack. It took having my heart ripped out of my body to wake up and see the evil right before my eyes. So the fact that most people just living their lives and not having the time or capacity to wake up and see this can’t be held against them and I hope they do eventually see what is really going on but I hope they don’t have to discover it the way I had to. If the President objects, the VP and Cabinet have 4 days to issue a second declaration. If they do that, then Congress must confirm the declaration with a two-thirds vote in both houses; otherwise the President is returned to his/her full authority.

IDK, I took mine in 1977, & have been out of medical education since 2005; the prohibition on abortion went in secular schools shortly after R v W (I went to Catholic medical school and it is still in ours). The Plandemic response forced physicians to violate much of our ethics, problem being that by 2019 most of us were employees and not independent doctors and ultimately do what they say or hit the road, unfortunately too many didn’t resist.
