Is the Labcorp quantitative spike antibody assay that Dr. McCullough use to test patients available in Canada? Could someone send me a link to purchase or a Canadian provider using it?

i have a question. my understanding of the original mRNA covid vaccines (and i believe all subsequent versions) is that somehow pseudouridine replaces some of the bases in the mRNA resulting in an unnatural spike protein capable of producing antibodies effective against covid virus particles. I also believe (perhaps incorrectly) that the body amplifies the injected mRNA containing pseudouridine. If that is correct, i ask, where does the body get the pseudouridine to make the modified mRNA?
