I highly recommend Xlear. I’ve been using it since covid, and never got covid, the flu, etc.

Great info! Nasal and throat sprays and gargling really do work. Even salt water does a decent job against a lot of the viral load in the nose and throat.

Very good info on Vit. D (and K2 - I'll add take the MK7 form which is the natural form) and prevention of respiratory viruses.

When you say "mild" what does that mean? These are the kinds of vague terms that I find quite distressing in the press, even the alternative press. Mild means you might be sick enough to miss work but not for more than a week or two, or it means so few that you might not even notice you have any symptoms at all, or maybe a mild conjunctivitis? I would appreciate your being more specific. We the readers of the news are exhausted by all the subjective terminology that are passed off as "facts" -- such as "safe", "effective", "rare", "mild" or "uncommon". These are platitudes that do more to confuse than to illuminate, and leave the door open for more subjective nudging of the human mind towards the authors intended goal.

There are articles suggesting that, among other things, this 'fog' contains ERGOT spores. Ergot is best delivered in the winter to various grain / grasses. After harvest and when ingested will produce Hallucinogenic effects, even death.

My question is: Will your supplements help mitigate these effects? What role would iodine play? What do you recommend?
