A lot of the perpetrators will have to just die off. They are never going to admit wrong doing or simply error. All of our institutions are populated and controlled by these ogres and will fight hammer and tong against us. So, you are correct: at least 20 years. Unless, of course, these same said people get us into a nuclear exchange with someone, and then the timeline will be much abbreviated.

While we are entitled to disagree we are not entitled to harm people and even take their lives via the result of having turned medical science into a business plan and commodity! Opinion is the end of morality because the constitution was designed for a moral people and will not function for the immoral as we are witnessing. Truth really does exist.
