It's encouraging to see that the supreme court are still capable of returning to their senses, after the extreme case of judicial dysphoria witnessed in Murthy v Missouri.
But when the Left owns every single institution in the nation SCOTUS rulings that would appear to be favorable to the Right are like a car with no engine. Regardless of the legal environment it requires power, organization and political will to make things happen, to actually change anything. All three ingredients are missing on the Right.
I am reminded of a conversation with a three term member of the federal House of Representative years ago . The question posed was , "Is there anything you have not yet figured out after three terms?"
The answer. " Yes, who is running the federal government because it sure as hell is not Congress."
For well more than a century now, the federal government, backed up by judges with a political agenda rather than the United States Constitution guiding their decisions, has intruded into areas of function and responsibility which it was definitely not granted by the Constitution. The federal government has gradually become a monstrous behemoth, intruding into virtually every part of everyone's life and daily activities, which The Founders never intended to be the case. It's time to abolish the enormous number of federal agencies and programs that are flat out unconstitutional and get back to the way things were intended to be.

We are instructed to abolish a government that has become destructive by our founding fathers. We must heed their wisdom.
Unfortunately, the eternal wisdom of The Founders is usually dismissed today because they were just a bunch of slave holding old white men. It's a sad fact, however, that those who today do the dismissing possess neither wisdom nor knowledge, yet feel they are qualified to tell us all what is good and what is right and how we should live.
Per usual Kagan and the other liberal bench members are very comfortable with federal agencies crafting law rather than enforcing it. Chevron was a disaster for the rule of law and enabled Congress and the White House to allow bureaucrats to do the job of law creation. Screw them
