This treaty being accepted would amount to an overthrow of the USA, with only lawfare shots being fired.
What will be left to do for the congress and senate? Would they still get pay raises? Will they be able to claim they maintained faithful to their oath of office?
And what about the 4/5 requirements to amend the constitution? Will that mean anything when the entire constitution could be swept away from afar, with no votes?

There’s only one politician that I know of for sure who has publicly stated he would remove us from the WHO. Hopefully, he will soon be in a position once again to do so, and we need a Congress with at least a simple majority in both houses to make it happen. While there is a lot that he can do without them, my limited understanding says the only way to make it permanent or very difficult to reverse, is with their help.
