Joe Biden’s appearance on film in 2019 and 2024 demonstrates a dramatic decline in cognitive function, memory, retrieval, enunciation, strength of voice, facial expression, gait, wayfinding, and motor skills such as walking up and down stairs.
Dr. McCullough appeared on the Breanna Morello show to provide analysis and commentary. While a diagnosis cannot be made without a physical exam, laboratory testing, and brain imaging, Biden’s apparent syndrome is not completely classic for Parkinson’s or Alzheimer’s, but has features of both conditions.
Biden’s neurological history is complicated by two brain aneurysms with a 1988 intracranial hemorrhage requiring surgery. He has had permanent atrial fibrillation for years on chronic anticoagulation to reduce the risk of stroke. His 2023 White House Medical Report indicates he has a peripheral neuropathy.
The Parkinson’s Foundation indicates that 20-50% of Parkinson’s patients experience some mild cognitive decline, but not dementia. Alzheimer's disease doesn't usually affect a patient's motor function until the later stages of the disease.
Biden has features of both which is consistent with a COVID-19 vaccine injury neurodegenerative syndrome. Given the timing in Biden’s case, the White House should disclose the dates, brand, and number of doses of vaccines received. From publicly disclosed sources, here is Biden’s vaccine record of six shots:
Dec 21, 2020 - Pfizer BioNTech
Jan 11, 2021 - Pfizer BioNtech
Sep 27, 2021 - Pfizer booster (original strain)
Mar 30, 2022 - Pfizer booster (original strain)
Oct 25, 2022 - Pfizer updated bivalent booster (Omicron subvariants BA.4 and BA.5)
Sep 22, 2023 - Pfizer updated monovalent booster (Omicron XBB.1.5)
His doctors should report his case to VAERS. It is very likely COVID-19 vaccination is either the cause or has significantly contributed to his decline.
White House Doctor Kevin O’Connor, DO, in his 2023 report, disclosed Biden’s chronic atrial fibrillation, anticoagulation, and developing peripheral neuropathy. O’Connor did not perform a full neurological exam and cognition was not assessed in 2023. His updated exam in 2024 includes neurological assessment but no evaluation of cognition. This should be done with brain imaging and formal neurological consultation before submitting Biden’s case to VAERS as a vaccine injury superimposed on prior neurological events and disease in his record.
Listen to this report from Breanna Morello joined by Dr. McCullough after other experts on the president’s condition.
